CG and New Pal agree to 2 year home and home starting in 2018. CG week 2 opponent Whiteland was scheduled thru 2019 but the schools agreed to opt out. http://www.greenfieldreporter.com/2017/06/15/new-palestine-to-face-foe-center-grove/

Any word on any assistants coach white is bringing onto his staff? His staff is very young and inexperienced. It is just him and his two boys. With all the success the jays have had over the years, there has to be some old time players that could help out.

Good Luck to St Joe and Penn tomorrow as they both go for State Championships in 3A and 4A baseball.

The school board approved Andy Fisher as the new head varsity baseball coach replacing Greg. Go Patriots!

They picked up New Haven and Lapel non-conference. A lot better competition than years past. Tough sectional. Would love to see them surprise folks in the post-season.

Ask LN, LC, Ben Davis or Warren if they will feel "cheap" about winning Sectional next year.

Hope everyone is doing well, enjoy the heat! I am guessing we will be down a bit. Lost allot of kids, a few kids aren't playing, but a few new ones. As NLCTiger stated, a Tiger athlete Tristan Larsh is very fast and along with McGarvey two very fast kids. Do we have some lineman? Of course a new QB no matter what. Gridguy, I think Goshen will be down from last year, lost a ton and as you said Wawaseee and EM will likely struggle. I'm high on Plymouth allot of kids coming back and two all State kids in Laffree and Drudge on Defense. I'm sure Yoder will be the QB at NW and of course a ton of skilled kids back. Smart is a crazy weapon. With that said, they lost some key lineman and of course Billisnki was wonderful leader and player. I think it may be a fun year...
