  1. I feel Dwenger will give Snider a battle for top spot, For Snider it all depends on how Haupert has matured and ability to make better decisions in his passing game. I look for Covington to be top back for team and SAC. Homestead and Luers in the 3-4 spot. As far as 4-6 spots, Carroll, Concordia and Wayne. Botton spots look be be fro the taking for either North, South or Northrop.
  2. June 16th, 2017 at 11:33am CST by Zach Links This could spell trouble for Michael Floyd. The Vikings wide receiver tested positive for alcohol during his house arrest this week, according to TMZ Sports. The violation of house arrest rules could result in jail time. Floyd’s alcohol monitoring system flagged five events during June 11th and 12th. At least three of those events were characterized by a rep for the Scottsdale City Court as “high alcohol tests.” Per the terms of his deal, Floyd was forbidden from drinking any alcohol while confined to his home. Meanwhile, the wide receiver claims that the positive tests were caused by drinking Kombucha, a fermented tea with a very low percentage of alcohol.
  3. Football is meant to be played on "real" grass, with some mud as well.
  4. Kid had great talent, probably best athlete that came out of Elmhurst?? Prayers from his family and friends.
  5. I think Carmel has way tougher route to semi state, they have to beat Westfield (Sectional) then Snider (Regional) more times than not to reach semi. Central Grove has way easier route to semi state. Not really that I can see, maybe on message board, But remember message boards are for mostly entertainment, not facts
  6. Rumors of B1G expansion are back. Hearing a lot about OU and Texas which could mean Purdue to the East if it happens. Personally, I'd prefer Pitt and WVU in to the East and IU to the west and then the whole state goes on Central time but I digress. Where did you hear this?
  7. Warsaw beats Penn yesterday. Warsaw doesn't play a clean game, I'm surprised their coaches let them play that way.
  8. Penn plays Warsaw tomorrow, at Warsaw
  9. Anyone in the north that sees Carmel is still there, Snider will be more than happy to play them
  10. My daughter plays on Penn's team, The only team they play from the FWA area is Dwenger. Penn will play a few teams up here, Warsaw and then teams from Indy area. Just competed in the Midwest Invitational last weekend with a bunch of teams from Cleveland area and Wisconsin, Im all (guessing) there had to have been 12-16 different clubs in tourney. National Invitational is weekend of 5-20 in Elkhart and teams from across the country will compete. Penn won D2 in Nationals last year. think they are bumped up to D1 this year so will be tough go. Three games last weekend, they had 6 or so go out with injuries. Rough game for girls, pretty interesting. This is a club sport, not supported by IHSAA. Yes, I graduated from Snider
  11. I would be safe to say that goes in cycles. Some good years and some bad years, like any other state, other than; FL, TX, CA,, GA, etc
  12. Can anyone confirm this? Wonder why they would make that change, unless Catherdral asked them to so they could play someone else?
