      Corrupt files   07/26/2017

The server files for the forum were lost early in the morning 26,July 2017.   I restored the forum but using a fresh install of the forum software but we lost all of the images stored on the server. The way I see it... no big deal as it gives us a fresh start.   Over the next couple days I will restore the images I have saved for the forum. but I do not have everyone personal image. You can easily restore that yourself. Any pictures shared in a post that were stored here are also gone... again a fresh start of no clutter.    I just wanted to let you know what was going on. This will display until 1, Sept 2017.

  1. 2017 Boilermaker Football

I'm thinking, with as deep of football tradition that Purdue has, it shouldn't take Brohm long to get them going ,result wise. With the way he is attacking the job at hand.
  2. 2017 Boilermaker Football

As excided as I am to see a" game day" finally get to an Indiana school, other than ND, I am really anxious to see the New coach at Purdue, Brohm. From what I am seeing, this is an all out attack to improve the Boilers bottom feeder mentality. From lining up recruits to adding coaches, he seems to be engaged and taking the bull by the horns. ala Kevin Wilson when he came in at Indiana, and as so many like to say, "changed the culture" for the Hoosiers. This wont be a quick fix for Purdue, so I hope he gets the needed time and patience to build. As for Tom Allen, keep the "Mo" Goin. And get our first big modern era upset. Seasons just a few weeks away.

This! Burke almost took the ship down with him.
  4. Good move by both conferences, 1. Keeps kids close to home on Friday's 2. Good competition and maybe new rivalries among the group.
  5. 2017 Boilermaker Football

The program can only go up, from the mess created by Ex athletics director. So let the re build begin. Hope it gets turned around sooner than layer
  6. Devine Reddding

Yes Wilson did get the ball rolling at IU, not only offense but defense, with the hiring of Allen. As you said, Redding is just another example of the culture that was created by Wilson and his staff. And the culture will continue for a while, as a reflection of what was set in place by Wilson. Then we will see if T.A. will keep the mo going or take it to another level. But we are seeing a lot of success in the NFL from ex Hoosiers.
  7. Devine Reddding

Yea I can see him playing somewhere. He is a tough hard runner. As were almost all of IU backs under coach Wilson. Coach had an eye for talent ,and the talent on the team grew every year under his direction. Offense, as well as defense. Attracting talent is major for a school with a history as bad as Indiana. The dividends are paying off.
  8. OTL: Hurt IU athletes describe poor treatment

Fake news. You guys will believe anything that's broadcast.
  9. Archie Miller hired at IU

Coach Miller took a big step forward, in this hiring, towards signing Romeo.
  10. I miss one class basketball.
  11. Tom Crean Out After 9 Years

These two things tell the true story, about the state of athletics, at Indiana University. Fred Glass is in over his head. And it will continue with this next hire.
  12. Kevin Wilson

I know Polish guy, with your multiple heart felt, best wishes, coach Wilson is sleeping a lot better these days knowing he has your endorsement.
  13. Kevin Wilson

Going thru a few newspapers this morning, and I found a nice article. Coach Wilson speaking for the first time publicly, and relaying the same message that I told previously, that there was no violations"dirt" as some on here insisted , with his tenure at Indiana. He seemed to still have an emotional attachment with Bloomington and IU, and not being able to have time with his players before leaving. And at the same time, praised his previous assistants. To bad for IU. Just another bad decision by Fred Glass and the Indiana Athletics department.
  14. Kevin Wilson

Not fake news. coach Wilson and athletics director Fred Glass decided that all of what was being done by the coaches over the course of Kevin Wilsons tenure, had now been determined that it wasn't what Mr Fred wanted any more. The result is what became of it. The big issue was really non existing. All the positives of the program direction down the tube , for AD's ego. And that is what I thought all along. Proof was in the pudding with Coach Wilson getting snapped up so quick, along with his high profile assistants. So round and round we go, Indiana University Football Coaches merry-go-round. Football coaches stopover job. Not a destination job. Keeps on keepin on.
  15. Kevin Wilson

Kevin Wilson is goin to do good things at OSU. Hopefully bring them a national championship. Then get a fresh head coach start. If and when that happens, and he gets only half the assistants back that he amassed at IU, he will have one hell of a staff. Indiana lost another main cog in their coaching ranks. The merry-go-round continues. Without any success for 40 some years now.
