  2. Sagamore Conference 2018

Yes, both of those programs are doing ok. Hot Dog baseball recently swept a home and away series against state ranked Danville, but then dropped two in a row at a 4-team tournament in Crawfordsville. Interesting that both programs contain a high percentage of Latino/Hispanic students.
  3. Sagamore Conference 2018

Frankfort will once again struggle to win a conference game. The sport is pretty much dead within the confines of FHS, numbers are very low for a supposedly "4A" school. A lot of the OMG! athletes are choosing to play soccer.
  4. And it opens up a potentially large market for your services/products. :)
  5. Not during the middle of a high school football game. What is next Dante? Middle school football? Youth/bantam football?
  6. Everybody makes honest mistakes, it is part of life. Go with the flow. Are not high school coaches big on teaching their players "life lessons"? This would just be one of them.
  7. What has been wrong with the accountability of human referees?
  8. It is just a game, played by children.
  9. http://www.foxnews.com/sports/2018/04/13/brett-favre-has-memory-issues-may-have-had-thousands-concussions.html Wise word from Mr. Favre.
  10. Purdue Basketball

Purdue's Isaac Haas accused of lying about STD and infecting his former partner: https://www.jconline.com/story/news/local/purdue/2018/04/11/purdues-isaac-haas-accused-lying-std-and-infecting-his-former-partner/506982002/ Hmm. An attempt at a form of gold digging?

  12. https://www.jconline.com/story/sports/nfl/2018/03/26/corey-widmer-declines-montana-football-hall-fame-nomination-concussions/461142002/ How sad for Mr. Widmer. And this is the future many parents wants their football playing children to have?
  13. You and Irishman are licensed education professionals. Who can dare question their judgment regarding government education?

  15. Then please, educate me.
  16. Yes, does not a portion of renter's monthly rent payment go towards the rental owner's property tax liability? Are the children of renters allowed to attend government schools?
  17. To play devil's advocate here: Do not the parents of these home schooled children also live in the Oak Hill school district and therefore their taxes go to pay for the government school? Should they not be able to obtain some sort of value-for-value arrangement, in this case their children participating in government school athletics, for their hard earned money?
  18. https://www.playsmartplaysafe.com/newsroom/reports/2017-injury-data/ I thought the NFL is telling us the game is getting safer?
  19. http://www.indystar.com/story/sports/columnists/gregg-doyel/2016/11/01/doyel-bob-knights-middle-finger-indiana-act-getting-old/93065422/ Anybody believe that this will every happen, that Mr. Knight's heart will soften toward IU and this state?
  20. 10. Frankly, good. Government schools shouldn't be in the athletic team business in the first place. Actually government shouldn't be in the education business, but that's another topic. 11. I miss Rebel Dad. 12. Go Detroit Tigers.
  21. http://www.jconline.com/story/sports/high-school/2018/03/01/delphi-joins-hoosier-heartland-conference/386719002/ Good news for the Oracles. They should do well in the HHC.
  22. Yes. But haven't yet perused the link you sent.
