  1. It may, depends on the jobs and the employer. Yes.
  2. Two Miami county schools as honorable mentions? Interesting.
  3. Congratulations to young Mr. Kendrick. What subject(s) will he be teaching at Howe? Also I wonder if Mr. Sembly was made aware of young Mr. Kendrick's antics on this forum?
  4. Interest in tackle football is at an all time low in Frankfort, they probably could not generate viable numbers at the 2-5 grade levels. The middle school has had a 6th grade team for a number of years now, but they always struggle with numbers as well.
  5. http://www.indystar.com/story/sports/high-school/2017/06/01/white-river-valley-turns-winless-season-into-sectional-title/362370001/ A good story.
  6. On 6/13 the Community Schools of Frankfort School Board approved the hiring of Nate VanDuyne as the boys basketball coach. Story is in the e-edition of the 6/15 Frankfort Times: http://www.chronicle-tribune.com/ftimes/eedition/page-b/page_73db4e2e-dc87-58bd-bbf5-6b744b6ed80b.html#page_b1
  7. http://www.indystar.com/story/sports/college/notre-dame/2017/05/15/notre-dames-charlie-weis-buyout-gift-keeps-giving/322298001/ Wow, that is a serious chunk of change.
  8. You don't think it is jarring to the program to lose a commitment from a recruit, a recruit who just happens to go to a local high school and whose parent works for the program?
  9. Hoosier lose highly rated hometown talent: http://www.indystar.com/story/sports/college/indiana/2017/06/12/bloomington-south-running-back-decommits-iu/389191001/ Wow, to lose a recruit who just happens to also be the son of an football program employee. Harsh.
  10. Probably forced out by the 3-4 families that dominate the CC school board generation after generation. The entire school corporation is one giant clique, outsiders usually don't last long there.
  11. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000806602/article/jay-cutler-to-join-fox-sports-as-a-broadcaster Good luck to Mr. Cutler.
  12. Really? The yo-yo factor, err success factor, is "cutting edge"?
  13. I hope you enjoy the feature. I never did.
  14. Thank you for your support. Do believe in and support the concept of limited government, at all levels?
  15. Yep. I'm a poet and don't even know it.
  16. How many discs do you own? Do you have a favorite course?
  17. I do play golf on occasion. And my reading comprehension is just fine. If you don't care about my posts on an internet message board why do you keep responding to them?
  18. For somebody who doesn't seem to care much about anything, your sure like to post about a lot of things. Hypocrite much?
  19. Small and accountable government, at all levels. A worthy cause.
  20. Yes, I have strong opinions concerning government school extracurricular activities, one being how they and the infrastructure need to support them is funded. If you don't like hearing those opinions by all means petition a GID administrator or put me on ignore. It's your choice.
  21. Not a bad idea. Does a megaschool like Penn have an FFA chapter?
