      Corrupt files   07/26/2017

The server files for the forum were lost early in the morning 26,July 2017.   I restored the forum but using a fresh install of the forum software but we lost all of the images stored on the server. The way I see it... no big deal as it gives us a fresh start.   Over the next couple days I will restore the images I have saved for the forum. but I do not have everyone personal image. You can easily restore that yourself. Any pictures shared in a post that were stored here are also gone... again a fresh start of no clutter.    I just wanted to let you know what was going on. This will display until 1, Sept 2017.

  1. NIC 2017 - What lies ahead

corrected. I don't know what I was thinking.
  2. GridIron Digest Poll 2017

    I don't mind helping in 2A and 3A
  3. NIC 2017 - What lies ahead

Pre-Season Prognostication North 1. Penn 2. Mishawaka 3. St. Joe 4. Elkhart Central 5. Adams 6. Clay South 1. New Prairie 2. Marian 3. Jimtown 4. Washington 5. Bremen 6. Riley 7. Glenn This is a very generic observation. Going mainly of of history and last years results. I really have no clue.
  4. Most interesting class

2A is boring to me. 1a always brings good debate. 3a has quality. 4a seems like it could be fun.
  5. Most iconic HS helmet decal

Hey now, we need to run off 17-18 straight to even things up. Last year was just a warm up.
  6. HNAC 2017

Not to hijack, but Bremen is in the same boat, our numbers have been in the mid 30's. Last year only played 2 or 3 jv games.
  7. Most iconic HS helmet decal

Bremen started using the "b" in the 70's. Asst Coach Dennis Seniecki designed it. It represents the fact that we were the small school in a big school conference. The used it as a badge of honor and played with a chip on their shoulder.
  8. NLC 2017

Don't look for Bremen's AD to lead any changes. He is a paper pusher, not a leader. I know some on the school board would jump at the chance to join the NLC against, but I think that is more nostalgia driven on their part. Competition wise, the NIC has been fine from my point of view.
  9. NLC 2017

Didn't think about those differences. Culver Academy would be a decent fit with competition. Long drive for most, and they offer zero gate.
  10. NIC 2017 - What lies ahead

    What a shame.
  11. Most iconic HS helmet decal

I appreciate Luers helmets. That is a great image.
  12. NLC 2017

What about Edwardsburg. They would fit in with the NLC footprint. Furthest opponent would be Warsaw at 48 miles. Enrollment about 820.
  13. HNAC 2017

After posting the above post yesterday, Coach Hooker has resigned at Caston, and will take the Rochester Zebras coaching position. Caston appears to be open again.
  14. HNAC 2017

Val Tsoutsouris from the Rochester Sentinel stated last week on Twitter that Coach Hooker is hired as interim coach and will be reevaluated at the end of the year. Coach Hooker was the varsity baseball coach for the Zebras for 17 years, and had been a long time assistant for Coach Miller before he retired.
  15. NLC 2017

Mishawaka? Really.....trying to get out the shadow of their rival. I could see that working. Where does that leave Penn? Very intriguing.
