Elkhart is a train wreck. Poor facilities. 2 AD's that are pretty much brain dead. A school board that's pure chaos. A temporary superintendent because they can't find anyone that wants the job. In the larger schools it is not uncommon to have an associate AD that helps the AD. There are several large high schools in Indiana that have 2 "AD's" sometime one for boys sports and one for girls, sometimes they just separate the sports up based on expertise/interest/workload.
