Both Goshen High School and Elkhart High School have Football Head Coaching Positions Open.

Elkhart is a train wreck. Poor facilities. 2 AD's that are pretty much brain dead. A school board that's pure chaos. A temporary superintendent because they can't find anyone that wants the job. They have 2 regimes within the school system constantly trying to undermine each other when their person isn't the coach.

Interesting, I think the ability to be an adult is declining in our society, quickly.

Is it common for a very large high school to have 2 AD's?

In the larger schools it is not uncommon to have an associate AD that helps the AD.  If they 2 different people acting in that role I can see why there is more chaos in that Athletics program then there should be.

There are several large high schools in Indiana that have 2 "AD's" sometime one for boys sports and one for girls, sometimes they just separate the sports up based on expertise/interest/workload.

Not unusual at all in 6A especially
