  1. what time does the action start?
  2. ok now understand the seasons just represent when the limited contact can take place.....
  3. I know I am getting old and I'm not the smartest guy around..............but I am having problems understanding the timeline here..........according to the IHSAA calendar week 9 starts on aug 27 and week 15 is in October..........so aren't we already in football ......so how is this our off-season? Am I missing something?
  4. We do all summer football in June and give all the players and coaches July off....no meetings,,,,no workouts nada..........and it works for us (Woodlan) and did the same thing at Harding
  5. I did not apply at dwenger. Didn't get an offer from the school I applied too. They rightly moved up an experienced assistant who deserves his shot. I am very happy at Woodlan even after I found out we scheduled Leo and Marion local...ha ha.....I did have a say... so just kidding.
  6. no expansion talks to my knowledge
  7. I applied for one school only. It was a no brainer since I lived just a mile away. I have no desire to leave Woodlan, rather I just had a desire to coach where I live. We may not "compare" to Marion Local but I can safely say they will not have a comfortable evening. We loose some great players but so do they. All of our beef is back up front and we return 7 starters from our defense that was pretty good. Our current soph class has been 15-1 over the past 2 years. It is their turn now but over the past 3 seasons we have been 35-5 so they have some big shoes to fill.
  8. AS A PLAYER MODOCK WHITE III FROM INDY PIKE AS A COACH BO HUNDT....NAMED MY ONLY SON BO AS A MIDDLE NAME TO HONOR HIM
  9. I almost did it. State-runner up with Greenfield-Central as a player in 75. As a coach with Harding in 2006.
  10. Hudl Sideline

Woodlan used it last year and will continue too. It was great to use...our defensive staff really benefited from it.
  11. Sorry I am actually at the hospital because of my wife so my mind is not up to speed.
  12. Top 10 rivalries in Indiana

I have been a head coach at 5 different schools for a total of 27 years.....and I can tell you the WHITING-Hammond Clark was huge each and every year of the 7 years I was at Whiting....in 89 when we beat them 60-0 i got hate mail from Clark fans mad that I ran up the score. I mean we were a small 1A and they were a 4A school.....I just thought TFB!!!
  13. 2A Sectional Predictions

I am sure it will not be close to this because it just makes too much sense. Good job coach!
