  1. SIAC 2017

Combs and Dunham are two scariest players in the SIAC, IMO
  2. SIAC 2017

I think there will be several surprises at QB in SIAC, some really good ones graduated and some unknowns will step- up. Like every year in sports, new kids fill the voids and make names for themselves. i agreed with CastleQB based on the fact your DBs struggled last year in the only game I watched GS play. I give a slightly biased perspective as you do. I'm fully invested in Memorial athletics and all of the programs.
  3. PAC 2017

I agree with Central guy on this one.
  4. SIAC 2017

It will be interesting to see how Certral QB plays. I know he struggled out of pocket and on the move but he is young. Good size kid with good arm. CastleQB thinks he will or could be the best in the SIAC. I'm leaning towards Memorial QB because he has good size and can throw in the pocket or on the move.
  5. SIAC 2017

    Is Kentucky Wesleyan D2?
  6. SIAC 2017

    Their running game is electrifying
  7. SIAC 2017

Any idea who is getting snaps at MD. I loved watching the Wilderman kid play. What a competitor and what a kid. MD kids will play the right way and that staff will have them prepared. Good luck to you guys MDfan!! Kid at Central looks like a nice QB.
  8. SIAC 2017

Talked with a Castle fan and he felt like this group will be ok because they work hard. Trying to feel some huge holes in key positions. He felt like they are getting better each day but are a long way from where they have been the last several years during summer workouts.
  9. PAC 2017

Unfortunately, those are great kids with really good families. I have no problem with kids leaving before high school to try and find a place they can get on the court, field, or diamond. It's been going on for years in the SIAC. If memory serves me right, GS is not getting one football player in the group and most are basketball players trying to get PT.
  10. Roster numbers

I count 46 on Memorial between grades 10-12th returning from sectional roster. Schedule on max hasn't been updated to so show the 10th graders to be that didn't dress in playoffs. I'm thinking it will be around 55 combined for JV and varsity.
  11. PAC 2017

Not many SIAC fans like talking football. PAC fans seem more passionate year around for football.
  12. PAC 2017

It was weak because Memorial won? I thought it was a good sectional as it is most years.
  13. PAC 2017

I thought these threads were to talk about schools and the talented kids in those schools. Sorry Cappy
  14. PAC 2017

Sorry, thought some PAC fans would be interested in what the team that won #32 was doing this summer.
  15. PAC 2017

Not sure how team camps count. I would think the same as any scrimmage. Reitz and Memorial looked good while Jeffersonville and Silver Creek struggled ....buts it early.
