I wonder the same thing, it's not like they have a easy go of it in the ICC, all smaller school's then Beech Grove and recent state champ's in the ICC and deep tournament teams pretty much year in and out. Seems to me they have it pretty tough where they are, at least till they start dominating the ICC which they haven't as of yet.
2. No disrespect to any other 1A team but IMO i don't see a serious threat to Pioneer unless the injury bug hit's them..
3. I 100% agree that parents have changed A LOT! And in doing so have made kids soft and weak minded. Which has changed kids today compared to when i was a kid back in the 70-80's! So i agree with the 2nd part and disagree with the 1st part of #2, Which makes coaching a kid "hard" almost impossible in today's world. I was coached very hard when i played sports, called names, jerked around, screamed at..ect. I didn't take it personal, i didn't cry to mom and dad, (if i had i would've gotten worse from dad) i *%#!?*ed it up and worked harder and listened. Unless i see that coach Moore physically abused kids or staff or something on that level ( and no, grabbing kids by the face mask and pulling them around or by the arm is NOT abuse) i think this is all about nothing except soft kids/parents who can't take a tuff hard nosed coach...IMO I agree with you Indiana fan, I would hate to lose coach Moore.
4. 1A Title Eastern Greene vs Pioneer

Lutheran hadn't been held to one score all year long, so to say that if Jones was healthy this entire game that they wouldn't have scored at least once more is pretty silly, That's not a knock on EG defense bc i think they are very good, but Jones is great and was having success running before he was hurt. I Just don't believe that if he's healthy that he doesn't score in that game and Lutheran wins. That being said EG played great defense and did just enough to win and that's all that matters. I'll be pulling for EG at the can for sure!
5. Ok, we must've been watching 2 different teams or different years or something bc Ritter did NOT hammer every 2A team in the state last year, they lost to Monrovia by 1, then only beat Monrovia by 1 in Semi state, Ritter also lost to 1A Lutheran, only beat Speedway by 2, beat TC by 11 which is far from a hammering, beat Scecina by 3 . But they hammered EVERY 2A team? Ooooook?
