  1. Lowell vs East Central!

Those 2 INTS were earned. Those were on target passes and would have been caught. The one in the end zone was man coverage and the DB was picked. Luckily the Dline gave time for the DB to recover coming from the opposite direction. Which is why you see him flying out of bounds after the catch. The second INT was another on target ball that same DB came flying up from the safety position behind the WR to jump the route. There was no luck involved in those two plays. Either way, incredible game , by two incredible teams.

That correct EC returns 8 on offense and 7 on defense.

Congrats Trojans on the state title. Lowell keep your head held high, You guys were a extremely talented team tuff team. Much respect to Lowell team.
  4. I was impressed with both teams. Congrats CE on the state title!
  5. Lowell vs East Central!

I must be in the wrong thread. Signing off till saturday. Good luck Lowell and EC. May the best team win.
  6. Lowell vs East Central!

My final prediction is EC 24 Lowell 14. Here is why, After watching film on both teams and checking out stats and opponents, I believe that this will be the best offensive line that Lowells defense has gone up against this year. ECs Oline will control the line of scrimmage for the most part. Lowell will makes some plays on defense due to youth. ECs O line I was surprised to see have no seniors. EC will score early because its tricky to figure out ECs midsection run game. Lowell will adjust and manage to keep EC in check until the second half. EC will then get back to controlling the game with ball control and keeping Lowells offense off the field. Lowells offense vs ECs defense. Lowell will try to be much more balanced at the beginning. EC will keep Lowells run game in check for most of the game. I see #6 getting the ball in crucial 3rd downs and I see him converting some of them. EC will keep a hat on #6 which will make him less effective. #6 will make some plays. I see Lowells going away from the run and become pass happy in the second half and completing some big throws but not enough. At the end of the day EC wins because they control the line of scrimmage and keep Lowells offense off the field.

Thats irrelevant Whether you asked it or not. I dont care that you didn't ask the question. I helped someone with the info I had. Why do you have an attitude about it?
  8. Lowell vs East Central!

I agree its going to be a great game. Might be one of the best match ups in the slate of match ups this weekend. We all know those fudge rosters dont mean anything. Will we just have to compare their size differences on game day. I believe EC is home, so they should be looking really good in all black. They would have beat dwenger in 15 in they were in there way better looking all black Jerseys.(just kidding) But there home unis are incredible black on black. Yes Im biased on the unis ha.

I did watch it. They won't be pushing EC around in the 4th quarter. Thats what they do, make good running teams look bad. Thats why I stress, anyone going up against EC will need to throw the ball a lot and effectively. I wouldn't say there were huge wholes in the second half by any stretch, it seemed like #6, was pretty much breaking tackles. He's def at his best with the ball in his hands. Its a good thing the run was working in the second half because that wind could have easily changed the outcome of that game. Dwenger dropped 3 Ints that hit them right in the bread basket in the first half alone. Dwenger also muffed a punt that Lowell recovered in the first half.

Looks that way, and I know for a fact that they use to be in Columbus Easts basketball sectional . Just didn't know for sure if they still were. Looks like you figured it out.

I can promise you they will score. I saw your Oline averages 5ft 11in, 235 lbs. You guys must be quick cause theres not a whole lot of size. Ecs offense is misdirection in between the tackles and will throw in a pass to keep defenses honest. They won't throw it much, mainly because they haven't needed to.

Thats what happens when you hangout at Wal mart to much. Next thing you know your hanging out with the greater when he gets off work.

GIpper is right, its the greater at the local Wal-Mart. How did you know gipper?

No, S.T. Leon is not a suburb of Cincinnati. But where a majority of the population of EC students are much closer to the border then where their school lies. As anyone can see whos been to S.T. Leon knows not enough going on there to possible have a 4A school. We consider ourselves and its a stretch, a suburb of Cincy since the majority of us can get to downtown Cincy in 25 mins of less. Let me ask you this, from my experience when I meet someone from the region. They tell me they are from Chicago. And I usually say nice, how far away are you from downtown. They usually say,2 to 4 hours depending on where they are from. So being 20 to 25 mins from downtown Cincinnati isn't a terrible stretch to consider ourselves suburb , since we are apart of the tri-start area. Including , Cincinnati, northern KY, and Southeast Indiana .

Nice little coincidence . Yep you drove right around Trojan country. Its nothing for many of us to be in 3 states on a daily basis. In fact. My house is in Indiana but Im only a couple miles from Ohio. Which is a big reason why ECs main Rival is Harrison Wildcats located in Ohio, which you drive right by as well. If the weather cooperated you should have stopped by the field , and the field house and checked out their facilities. I would put their facilities up against any 4A school in the state and probably any school in the state for that matter.
