  1. I also received a down vote on this thread on 3 comments. I might have been deserving but yours wasn't.
  2. It seems like a great place to play a game. I wasn't able to go unfortunately, but I watched online. The only complaint I had was about players slipping on the tarp on the sideline when they'd run out of bounds. Not a knock against Tech, I just don't want to see anyone get hurt. I think it'll be interesting to see if the series continues.
  3. Sectional 8

This is going to be the best chance for FC or CN to knock off Center Grove. I think that the games will be close, and am looking forward to seeing CG play on some grass @ FC. The last time they would have played on grass was in 2014 @ Whiteland and CG pulled that one out barely, 14-13. You have to wonder if that'll have any effect on the team. Its going to be a long 2 weeks, but I can't wait to get the playoffs started.
  4. I am so used to seeing CG do it that it doesn't even phase me anymore.
  5. Same goes for Cathedral. I wasn't at the game so it might've just been slippery tonight. But the stadium looked fantastic and like it was a great atmosphere.
  6. Field was ok. The gray mat on the track wasn't.
  7. I agree with the post above. That's ridiculous. I am surprised no-one got hurt based off how many players fell. Otherwise, good win by the Irish. First victory in the past 4 years against CG. First time in 12 years that CG has finished the season with a record under .500. Will be a sad Friday night next week, with it being the bye week.
  8. I hope that Hunter finds success at Clemson, but the kid coming in next year is a stud. I have watched his highlights from this year and watched him in the Elite 11, and he is deserving of the hype.
  9. Do you have any idea if Purcell is injured or not? I have heard that he was and that he wasn't.
  10. Looking forward to watching this one. I hope that Cathedral is healthy, but I am going to assume that they won't play their studs who have been injured. Hopefully its an injury free game!
  11. Class 6A-2017

Yeah. Ben Davis is probably going to win the south.
  12. Class 6A-2017

They're talking about the North side of the bracket. Warren Central is in the South.
  13. I have heard that Covenant Christian QB and DB Emery Brough is having a fantastic season. And by looking at his stats, it appears that he has had a fantastic career.
  14. That side of the stadium used to be the "Home" bleachers, but when they added new bleachers and a press box, they left that side up and took the other down. They just replaced the older press box on that sideline with a new one that is seen there at the beginning of the season.
  15. I think that if Center Grove was not in the MIC, and they had good records every year, that they wouldn't be respected as much. I also do think that having a tough conference schedule prepares them well for the tournament.
