  1. Linton at Barr Reeve

    Well I missed that one.
  2. Linton at Barr Reeve

Should be a good game, I have Linton by 5. Just wish Barr-Reeve's gym wasn't so terrible or I would go.
  3. Linton wins Loogootee Tourney

I have them around 12 wins. I believe they are better shooters than they have showed and I think they will clean up a lot of the little mistakes. Call me an optimistic.
  4. Linton wins Loogootee Tourney

I'm pretty sure Loogootee will win more than seven games. Are the very good? Not right now, but they will improve.
  5. Good Games in SW Indiana on Jan 12th?

Looks like Crawford County plays at Orleans. CC was the state runner up last year in 2A, Orleans has the hands down best concession stands in high school sports, a rocking pep band, one of the best coaches in the area, and are normally competitive even in down years like they are now. The gym is pretty neat also. Also I know you said no Loogootee, but that is the day Barr-Reeve comes to town and if you've not seen that game in person you're missing out.
  6. I may be stepping out of my lane seeing as Loogootee has never or will ever have football, but from what I hear this is way over due. I've not heard great things from my Cougar co-workers about the last four years or so. From running good coaches off to only holding practice a few times a week it didn't sound like winning was a priority. I hope they get a good guy in there, but I think the AD might not want some of his basketball players to go play football so probably will make an underwhelming hire.
  7. The draw for the Graber Post Classic was held today and it shakes out like this: Clay City vs Loogootee, Barr-Reeve vs South Knox, North Daviess vs Brownstown Central, and Pike Central vs Fort Wayne Blackhawk. I couldn't find how the bracket is set up, but these are the first round games. Any way to early predictions?
  8. Southwest IN sectional changes.

I really like the move of putting Orleans in sectional 63.
  9. I would prefer a two class system, put 1 and 2 together and 3 and 4. I would also like to see the private schools kicked out, but that just my opinion.
  10. Loogootee vs North Daviess

I think the Loogootee vs Wood game will be much more competitive this time around, I didn't go to the first game but if I remember right Loogootee was really cold shooting, but I could be misremembering. The West Washington vs New Washington game should also be a good game, New beat West by ten a few weeks back. West Washington I think returns most players from last years team so maybe nerves won't factor in for them and maybe it will for New Washington.
  11. Loogootee vs North Daviess

I was told he couldn't keep fluids down and was unable to get out of bed Saturday.
  12. Loogootee vs North Daviess

    Lions 47-41
  13. North Daviess Sectional

Crazy things do happen, and the Cubs did win the World Series this year, so maybe it is finally time Shoals gets to cut the nets down.
  14. North Daviess Sectional

I will go ahead a say it is near impossible for Shoals to win, they are in a good position, but they are a terrible team. They have six wins against Crothersville, Medora, Martinsville Tabernacle, WC, and Cannelton. They may not be one of the worst teams in the state, but they aren't beating quality teams either.
  15. North Daviess Sectional

I think it is Loogootee's to lose. North Daviess could win, playing at home sure won't hurt them any, but I think Loogootee is playing really good at the right time. Shoals, Rivet, and WC only can beat each other.
