  1. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017

Seriously? 1st Go around Z walked in to a talented group, did ok with them but developed nothing then won 7 games in 5 years..... 2nd go around he walked into a talented group, won 6 games over 6 sub .500 teams, developed nothing, then had his 4 winless regular season. The only real development program seems to be waiting every 5-7 years for a group of talent and hope for a .500 season. I don't know much about fixing a car but I know when it's not working correctly. Accepting mediocrity because it's been that way for 50 years is complete bullsnot.
  2. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017

I truly hope JC replaces Coach Z at the end of the year. Nice guy, sure... but simply cannot get the job done. His teams have not beaten anyone who finished above .500 since 2003, his 2nd season. A .265 winning pct, in 10 years, 60+ pts run up on his teams 7 times, etc, etc... It's way past time to find someone who can sustain some respectability in the program.
  3. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017

Back to reality.... BNL leading JC 30-7 approaching halftime
  4. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017

NIce... JC takes a gift of a short field following BNL fumble and strikes 1st. JC 7, BNL 0
  5. * Week Five Scores *

Eastbrook 14, Mississinewa 0 mid 2nd Ole Miss shooting self in foot with dropped TD and 2 turnovers
  6. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017

Jennings County vs Madison for the 50th year! JC holds the edge in the all time series 28-25. Madison along with Seymour are the only two schools JC has played in each of JC's 50 years. The 53 contests vs Madison are the most JC has had vs any other school, Seymour is close behind having faced JC 51 times.
  7. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017

I realize it's not the Game of the Week but how to you guys think JC will fare vs. Madison? Harrell's site has JC a 3pt. favorite which will be the last time JC is favored this year unless a lucky sectional draw comes their way.
  8. Mississinewa/Eastbrook tickets on sale Mississinewa posted on Twitter that tickets for the game at Eastbrook will be on sale at Ole Miss all week in their front office until 3:30 each day through Thursday and until noon on Friday. This is going to be a hot ticket. Expecting SRO crowd long before kickoff time.
  9. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017

Considering that the JC Softball program in the only one at the school that's made a major run a state title in the last 20 years(Final Fours in 2010 & 2013) It would almost be a slap in the face to not upgrade that facility as well.
  10. * Week Four Scores *

Another big play for Ole Miss, 74 yards TD run. 21-0 over Elwood 4:17 1st qtr
  11. * Week Four Scores *

Mississinewa 14, Elwood 0 the rout is on. 8:10 1st qtr After Ole Miss scored on 1st drive of game, Elwood goes 3 and out, Ole Miss runs back 68 yards punt return.
  12. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017

I was also surprised to see JC announce plans for a turf field. It would be nice to see the school invest in some upgraded facilities. As with all good plans in North Vernon, we'll have to wait and see if this actually gets done. The angry comments on the Facebook posting were running 3-1 against it and the JC school board has been known to back down in the face of a controversy.
  13. Week 3 Scores

Halftime New Albany 28, Jennings County 7
  14. Week 3 Scores

End of 1st New Albany 14, Jennings Co 7
  15. Hoosier Hills Conference 2017
