  1. School Fight Songs

West Lafayette has original music and lyrics.
  2. The Hoosier Conference 2018

Shout out to one of the great leaders of the Hoosier Conference as he steps away from his role as the Athletic Director of West Lafayette HS for the past 18 years, to become the Transportation Director for the School Corporation. Brock Toulokian has earned the privilege of spending more time with his family after leading Red Devil Athletics, guiding coaches and athletes to be successful on, and off their fields of competition. RDP my friend!
  3. The Hoosier Conference 2018

Congratulations to George Karlaftis on being selected, and agreeing to, play in the 2019 All American Bowl in San Antonio on January 5!
  4. Oh come on Impartial. Bob Ref is the worst... a retired official AND an attorney. No one can win against that combination? Thank y’all for the fun discussion! Put me in the camp advocating for no instant replay in HS football.
  5. Brian Nay, offensive coordinator from Decatur Central - http://www.jconline.com/story/sports/high-school/2018/02/01/ccs-new-football-coach-has-offensive-background/1086585001/
  6. 2017 IFCA 3A All-State

Find it hard to believe that George Karlaftis did not make it to the Jr. All State Defensive team.

    Woo Hoo!!! Top 10 baby!!!

3 Point Game Ben vs Ben Davis 4 Point Games Pioneer vs Eastern Greene Kokomo vs Columbus East Woodlan vs Southridge 5 Point Games Lowell vs East Central Brebeuf Jesuit vs Evansville Memorial
  9. Interesting... Ross-Ade stadium hosted a double header of high school games earlier this year. Purdue offered the stadium to area teams as a "peace offering" for the Big 10 having a Purdue Game on a Friday night there. I question the rule being an NCAA rule.
  10. Hoosier Conference Pick 'Em Semi-State

2 Point Games Penn @ Carmel Avon @ Ben Davis Columbus East @ Indianapolis Cathedral Brebuf Jesuit @ Mishawaka Marian Monroe Central @ Pioneer 3 Point Games Lowell @ Fort Wayne Dwenger Greenwood @ East Central Woodlan @ Eastbrook Eastern Greene @ Indianapolis Lutheran 4 Point Games Michigan City @ Kokomo Evansville Memorial @ Danville No doubt... I'm still trying to figure out how Coach Nowlin went from -2 to +2 on me last week.
  11. West Lafayette

You can see for yourself, how the game played out by going to https://livestream.com/mtcsportsnetwork/events/7922474.. When you get to the regional level, there are no bad teams. This was a great defensive struggle, with a very small margin for error. West Lafayette had a great year, and on this night... Brebeuf was the better team. It will be interesting to see which two teams come out of the semi-state to play in LOS in 3A. I honestly believe that all 4 teams will acquit themselves well on Friday night.
  12. "Big" HS football players....

  13. Arctic Blast on Friday

Many years ago, when my son was playing, my wife brought a sleeping bag for each person in our group. We each got in a sleeping bag, still wearing our winter coats. The temperature was in the upper thirties, but the wind was a steady 20-30 mph. We were nice and toasty and anyone that laughed at us thought differently by the start of the second quarter.
