Guest DT
A few quick questions regarding the GC program? What are the primary components of the overall strategy to get this program up off the mat and heading back in the right direction? Is there any football talent currently in the school? Is program awareness in the halls growing as a result of the coaching change? Have you had an opportunity to assess the feeder and youth systems? Will you be making any changes to the uniforms? What are your initial goals for the program? Is the community involved? Is the administration following thru on the commitments they made to support the program rebuild? Is GC planning on remaining in the HHC for the long term? What was it that drew you to this opportunity?

No Head Coach is going to answer all of these questions on an internet board... Or answer them to someone who is outside his community. How do you assess the feeder/youth systems in January? Come on, Man! 3
Guest DT
I don't see why he wouldn't want to respond, and shed a little light on his program. All questions are legit. The forum is dead and can use some traffic. Why not?
Guest DT
I would love to see Coach Nolting come on here and engage with The GID members in some banter about the GC program. Perhaps a new segment, "DTs Coaches' Corner" Coach N and I can schedule a time to come on The GID Forum "Live" and conduct an interview/overview/assessment of the GC opportunity, and give Coach the opportunity to pump his program a bit. Win - Win -Win for all. If it works, we reach out to another coach. My next target - Phil mason at Michigan City.

DT tells us he's leaving and "passing a baton" he only held in his own mind, and now is back trying to appoint himself the content curator of the GID.

I would say that Michigan City has beaten Lake Central 3 times in a row under Mason and has outscored the Blue Indians 115-20 in their last two games.

Doesn't address my original comment. I am glad to see MC finally doing well. I attended Lake Central in the mid 90's, so your response is pointless. Tommy
Since Lake Central replaced Hobart in the Dunland Conference in 2003 Lake Central has played Michigan City 17 times. Michigan City leads the series 9-8.

I understand you support your school, which is great, but when being asked as DT did you should leave that to the HC of said school. Good luck. Impartial_Observer
A thread addressing the coaching staff at Greenfield, turns into a Region thread, still no word from anyone from Greenfield. :)
CoachSnyder
Good for the Greenfield coaches, they don't need to reply to this topic. 2
