High School teams by county

Has anyone ever generated a map of schools by county? Would like to see where some of the teams i have heard about for years and years are at.  Maybe someone has done this already?

Harrison County: Corydon Central and North Harrison as far as football.. Also Lanesville and South Central (Elizabeth)

Morgan County,  Mooresville, Martinsville, Monrovia all have football, Eminence does not.
