April 16 at 10am George Washington HS, Springer FB Field (2215 W. Washington St.) Current Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen $20 per Contestant includes free T-Shirt (Adidas long sleeve) Competition Bench Press - as many reps as possible at player chosen weight. ** 2 Attempts Deadlift (Hex-bar) – as many reps as possible at player chosen weight. ** 2 Attempts Competition Groups – 1 OL, 2 DL, 3 QB &WR, 4 DB, 5 LB, 6 RB & TE ** Rep Test (capped at 12 Reps with a projected MAX for Safety) Goal is 3-8 Reps Visiting coaches may be asked to spot and judge (count reps). We will score the top 10 (max 2 per team) per position group for points, but you can enter unlimited kids. Awards Team Trophy for PUSH - PULL Team Champions Medals for top 2 per position, and pound for pound categories. Entries be submitted electronically by April. 8. Payment will be accepted at the competition. Please make checks out to GHWS ATHLETICS. Please use the attached google form.
