Eastbrook at Blackford--Blackford has improved but still no match for Eastbrook.  Adamson may leave starters in a little longer this week just to prepare for next week.  In the end Eastbrook scores 60 again this week in the victory.

Elwood at Madison Grant--This week Madison Grant scores 2 TDs but it's not enough to beat Elwood.  Elwood wins this one by a TD

Oak Hill at Frankton--Oak Hill is still struggling while Frankton got shut out last week for the first time this season.  Frankton gets this win and wins big.

Mississinewa at Alexandria--Mississinewa seems to always struggle at any game played at Alexandria.  Mississinewa has had 3 straight shut outs with Eastbrook being the only CIC school to score a TD against them.  Blackford only score a FG.  Alexandria hasn't been shut out yet this year and neither had Frankton until last week.  Mississinewa wins again in a shut out.

I can see Mississinewa, Eastbrook, Marion, and Jay County forming a new Conference in a few years.  Marion will get tired of traveling to Indy and Lafayette all the time for Conference games.  Mississinewa and Eastbrook will get tired of playing in a weak Conference and will seek a tougher Conference schedule.

And Eastbrook scored alot more than 1 td. The Frankton shut out is the only 1 that really counts. The other 2 were against inferior teams with a combined 2-14 record.

I have little respect for that program.

Just out of curiosity, WHY? From my understanding Eastbrook is one of the most respected programs in the county, AND in 2A football. Are your feels hurt? Please do share why you have no respect?

Eastbrook at Blackford   Eastbrook will light up the scoreboard against Blackford as they get ready for a deep run in the playoffs.  The Bruins should be happy though that they are no longer the CIC whipping boy.

Elwood at Madison Grant   In the battle between two struggling teams, I think Elwood will win.

Oak Hill at Frankton   I'll take the plain Eagles over the Golden Eagles in this one.

Mississinewa at Alexandria   Like the past several weeks, Ole Miss will put up lots of points against their opponent.  The Indians got a favorable 1st round draw in the sectionals against Frankfort.  Looking forward to a possible 2nd round match up against Marion.

Let's see....

6 undefeated regular seasons (7 after tomorrow)

12 Sectional Titles (2 of which are in 3A)

4 Regional Titles

2 Semi-State Titles

I can see why you have no respect for the program.  It's called jealousy.  Try doing a little research next time before posting so you don't look like such an imbecile.

Oak Hill over Frankton.  Picked elwood in the upset last week. Golden Eagles are my upset special this week. I think frankton may still be a little punch drunk after getting whooped the last 2 weeks (APA still smiling). Golden Eagles catch the plain Eagles looking towards Shenandoah in 2 wks.

Elwood over MG. I'd like to see MG get a victory just for moral sake but I don't think it will happen. Panthers in a close one. Proud of the Argylls for sticking it out and not folding after a tough season.

Eastbrook over Blackford. I still don't know how Elwood beat Blackford last week. The Bruins started out strong this season but will finish we 3 straight losses. Coach A may leave starters in a little longer to prepare them for the post season since most of their players haven't played past the 3rd quarter most of he season

Mississinewa over Alexandria.  This one won't be close. Indians looking for another shut out....... of a 2A team but I think the Tigers will score.  Indians will get to play with kids their own size next week. Even the lowly hotdogs may pose a threat to the rats being that they are of equal size.

Thanks for that last night..........

You know the only thing I could do after reading that was to head to You Tube.......

Assuming those vids have been posted in reference to Eastbrook for many years around so I will save you another one, but I wasted a good 40 mins reliving some Blue Oyster Cult and just spiraled down from there......this one though really got me..........

I just HEARD that a couple of key players decided to move onto wrestling and will not be finishing the season.  Can any Elwood guys confirm? What in the world is going on over there?

Bitter I heard that 2 juniors where commuting down to IU for some wrestling training or camp? Heard they potentially missed practices. Sounded like coach made them make a decision. I believe it was 2 juniors?

That is what I got too.  Except I think one is a senior.  That's too bad.  Its a rough call.  Those boys futures are probably in wrestling but if you commit to the football season, you need to honor the commitment.

From the CIC opinions, Do you give in a little knowing that your program will be more successful with them there or do you hold your ground by saying you are either 100% with us or not at all??  What do you think?

Come on BGT!!!!! YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T SAY "I HEARD"! Unless you have video proof or a statement written in blood in the unspoken's handwriting "I heard" doesn't work here. You're better than that C'Mon Man.

Sounds like expert level tanking to me. A loss to MG guarantees us the #1 pick next year, right?

From what I hear from Elwood people they are better off! I heard there are not alot of die hard football players. Sounds like there alot of entitled parent/athlete attitudes there. can be tough to turn around

Depends on if the players talked to the Coach about the camp first and if they did, then an agreement was made.   If they didn't then no, don't give in.  This situation is like a kid that plays Football and Soccer.

Mississinewa at Alexandria:  Not close!  Ole Miss 60-0.  Does Alex still do the silly pregrame ritual where if you had a bowling ball you could knock down the whole team on the 50 yard line?  Pete saying "eyes forward, eyes forward" the whole time?

Kind of like the ridiculous wing spread hybrid dumb offense Frankton ran a few years back! That offensive coordinator got ran out of Frankton real quick! He really had the respect and loyalty of the kids!

Frankton and Elwood headed in similar directions. Along with MG. Boy you must hate Alex! I love it being a Madison County lifer....I’m for all county teams but will call’em out when I see it. Been watch jr high and high school for years. I know more than most but less than least.

Either you spent more time filling the water bottles than playing or you rode the bench every game..... if you even played at all. Maybe you had a son play and thought he should've had more playing time. It doesn't matter to me why you're so bitter. The facts don't lie. Two facts are for certain.

1. Eastbrook's football program is well respected and recognized throughout the state.

2. You are still an imbecile

Hope this post contributes to your Friday evening laugh. Please continue making foolish statements as they contribute to this entire message board getting a good laugh.

Hahahahaha! I know he is a D- bag!!!! And averaging around 30 points a game per season is a horrible way to run an offense!!!

C'mon man!  You have to come at me with something better than that!  At least call me short and fat!!!
