I think Attica can chose its own score in this one. If they don't win by 40 points, its their own fault. Seeger is a different animal since they played FC last. I think FC will win by 2-3 scores, but it won't be until the 4th quarter before FC imposes its will and gets the seperation. I'd love to predict a Seeger upset, but the Billy's and Joe's will out do the X's and O's by late in the 2nd half.

FC over Seeger.  The Mustangs are probably the class of the Sectional, and I think they win.

Rox over Attica.  No disrespect to the Ramblers, who are a good team.  The Rox are playing their best ball right now, and big plays are what dominated their last meeting.  The Rox quite literally have no tomorrow when they lose and you don't want the Program to die at home.  Attica wants to win, Rockville *needs* to.  Besides, I may not get the chance to pick the Rox again...

Attica and FC both win by 3 tds or more. Don't see either game as overly close for more than a half at most.

Random questions.

No doubt Seeger has improved but has FC went backwards?

Attica by 14, is that the end of the first quarter?

Will a new poster emerge with the name Wolfsfan?

Not sure where anyone really feels either game will be close. It'l be much the same as the first go around. The two clear cut favorites here will play next week for the sectional title.

I have to agree, you never know what might happen, that's why they play the game.

1998: Rockville loses to Seeger 22-0 and beats FC 26-19 in the regular season, beats Seeger 40-0 and loses to FC 16-7in the playoffs.

1999: Attica beats Seeger 35-0 in the regular season, loses to them 7-6 in the playoffs.

2003: FC beats RP 21-6 in the regular season, loses to them 20-0 in the playoffs.

2013: NV beats Attica 52-16 in the regular season, loses to them 13-7 in the playoffs

2017: TR beats Rockville 35-14 in the regular season, loses to them 38-8 in the playoffs.

These are just off the top of my head, so I'm sure I'm missing some, and yes, each instance some will point to an injury, player returning from injury, or some other circumstance that led to the role reversal, but the fact remains that upsets do happen. The majority of the time they don't, but to say that you don't see why anyone would think these games will go differently is to blatantly ignore history in these situations.

2011... Rockville beats NV 39-8 in regular season.  NV beats them in the Sectional Championship, 27 - 20.

Wait... does this mean I'm cheering for Rockville to get the upset this week? :20_v:

Not saying it isn' possible. But the possibility in my opinion is incredible slim.

Wasn’t sure which way the brackets went. If we’re both fortunate enough to advance I’ll see you there

Yelp Attica has been away and away so if they advance theyll host regardless of who they play.

Fountain Central [10-1] at Attica [9-2]
or Seeger [5-6] at Attica [9-2]
or Rockville [2-9] at Fountain Central [10-1]
or Rockville [2-9] at Seeger [5-6]
