Iowa Cleaning House in Indy - Allen must stop this

Recommended Posts

https://247sports.com/Season/2018-Football/RecruitRankings?InstitutionGroup=highschool&State=IN

The Iowa staff is really cleaning up in Indiana, signing 4 of the top 10 2018 recruits in the state

Tom Allen and his staff need to put a stop to this , and quickly.

IU has signed 3 of the Top 50 players in Indiana, so Allen certainly hasnt built a fence around the Hoosier state with his first recruiting class.  And his top in state pick is a 5-10, 155 lb QB , not exactly in the mold of recent Indiana quarterbacks like Nate Sudfeld and Richard Lagow.

Perhaps Reese Taylor is the next coming of Randle El.

Its particularly disappointing that Allen has not signed any interior offensive or defensive linemen from instate.

He can do this, there is a  step he can make to deter this.. Coaches around the country really like to keep it under their hat.
