Washington at Heritage Hills

Patriots raced out to a 28-9 lead after the 1st quarter, it was 41-25 at halftime, 55-39 after 3 quarters and final Heritage Hills 66 Washington 50.

Simon Scherry got into foul trouble and set out most of the 2nd quarter and the Hatchets   made a bit of a run with  the Patriots sparkplug on the bench.

Free throw shooting kept the game from being a complete blowout as Washington hit 16 out of 18 while the Patriots struggled hitting just 6 out of 14.

The teams combined for 16 three pointers and the Patriots were 10 out of 16 on three point shots with Murray Becher hitting 4, Scherry 3 and Sigler, Meunier and Mitchel Becher each hitting one.

Scoring for Heritage Hills Murray Becher 19, Carter Meunier 13 ( Season high ), Simon Scherry 11,Mitchel Becher 9,Blake Sisley 6,Cade Jones 4 ,Cole Sigler 3 and Carson Liebering 1.

Washington had 3 players in double figures  Latham and Niehaus each with 11 Wright with 10.

Patriots improve to 10-2 and Washington falls to 4-6.

this was just the 9th meeting between the two schools and Washington leads the series 5-4.

 

Patriot JV won 49-35 and improved their record to 9-0.
