And it could have easily been 4 playing for 3.  That GS - Washington game could have gone either way.

Tecumseh's regional has been moved to Jasper. Loogootee's baseball field has a damaged light pole from last nights storm.

Southridge wins the 2A regional 12-2 over North Posey in 6 innings.

Southridge will play Indianapolis Scecina in the semistate. They played each other in the football semistate in the fall with Southridge winning 24-7. According to the Dubois County Herald newspaper 14 of the 19 baseball players also played football. I would guess many of Scecina's baseball players played football and will be looking for some revenge.

Tecumseh lost 7-4  to University High School. Tecumseh had the lead 4-3 at the top of the 7th with 2 outs and just fell apart.

"Fell apart" is an understatement. Not sure I have ever witnessed such a complete meltdown as their coach lost his mind with the home plate ump. Maybe if he wasn't so concerned about  constantly whining about the umps, he would've known that he would have to go to Molinet due to pitch count & would've told him to go warmup during the bottom of the 6th.
