EaglesFan1964
Obviously Head Coaches get a lot of credit when their teams are successful, but what coordinators around the state deserve recognition and credit for doing a great job? A lot of coordinators become head coaches and there are several in our area who could fill those shoes someday! littledog
AJ Grezenko, the Defensive Coordinator over at Hanover Central. Defense has improved every single year he's been there and at every location he's been to. This years team has only given up 12 points so far. If my school was in need of a head coach this offseason, he'd be one of the first calls I'd make.

PHJIrish
Cathedral Defensive Coordinator, Adam Barth, is as good as it gets. And Adam has been doing a great job for the Irish for quite some time. Of course, he has some outstanding positional coaches too, some that have also been with the Irish a long time. Wedgebuster
How many of these coordinators love their amount of control and influence on a program without having to do all of the duties that come with being a head coach in this day and age?
