I do agree, there has to be a way to let boosters on over others. This could be why boosters are hard to come by. I had a friend with out an account loading scores at times when I couldn't. This can get very frustrating.

I believe it to be a software/database issue. You can only query so many times per second. Bandwidth isn't the issue, it's the requests.
