SAC week 3

Recommended Posts

Carroll big over South - Archers are a work in progress.

Luers over Northrop - Bruins are struggling, but they could keep it close.

North Side over Dwenger - One of two interesting games this week. After playing possibly two of the top three teams in all of Indiana and Ohio, the Saints finally get a bit of a break. I'm going to roll with North Side by about 14.

Snider big over Concordia - Cadets are a work in progress.

Homestead over Wayne - This is the other interesting game. I think Wayne solidifies themselves as a legitimate 4A threat out of the north if they can pull this one out. Spartans by 7.

Carroll-South Side...Carroll's OL has looked rough the first two week, get an easier matchup this week to hopefully get things straightened out....Chargers by 28

Luers-Northrop...rough start for both teams, the New Haven Bulldog blowout transitive property gives Luers the edge here...Knights by 7

North Side-Dwenger...most interesting matchup of the week for sure. Time to see what this Dwenger team really may be while not facing a powerhouse. Will Tae play? Will it matter? Legends swagger attitude is a tough sell when you can't win games....Saints by 3

Snider-Concordia...Cadets showed some good offense last week, won't be as fortunate this week...Panthers by 30

Homestead-Wayne...credit to Wayne for being 2-0 taking care of business, serious question has Wayne ever beaten Homestead? I'm sure they don't have a ton of historical meetings. But being so confused by the difference between Week 1 vs Week 2 Spartans has me rooting for Wayne here...Generals by 1

Wayne beat Homestead in 1992.

Carroll 49 - South Side 6 - Chargers way too much for the Archers, need to get going offensively

Luers 21 - Northrop 7 - Luers needs a win badly, Bruins are the perfect foe for that

North Side 28 - Dwenger 14 - Legends better figure it out quickly or this will be a lost season. Saints in for a long year

Homestead 28 - Wayne 21 - Game of the week in the SAC. Sparty needs this win as this could spiral quickly on them

Snider 48 - Concordia 12 - Panthers get a breather this week

Watched North v BD. Johnson has no control. He can sell the game but not coach it. Clearly owes last season to Dickerson transferring in. Kids walking off, helmets flying, multiple personal fouls, a player giving the BD side the double bird.
Will be interested if FWCS has to deal with that one as it is clearly on Summit City and making its way around internet.

Another case of the Indians controlling the Chiefs… Total lack of discipline and that starts with coaching
