Anyone go to the Elwood-Scecina game? I was a little surprised by the final score. I thought Scecina would win but didn't know it'd be by that much. Sounds like Wilson still had a big game but didn't get much help. Defense could have another long night this Friday. Tipton's offense looks like it could be pretty explosive. Hopefully we defend Wilson a little better this year.

Yep. I was there, and it was abysmal. Aside from a few holes on a handful of plays, there was absolutely nothing to be had offensively. Our line was terrible and they were basically back there in time to get the hand off. Not sure what it was that was mixing them up, because Scecina's defense wasn't really doing anything tricky. Just coming straight ahead, punching them in the mouth, and beating them off the ball. The Elwood linemen were routinely standing around together trying to figure out what was going on while the RB/QB was getting gang tackled.
