Kind of makes you wonder how Glass hasn't got any flack for this.  Based on this piece it looks like a 'culture' within the entire department.  Which looks like it might actually be executive decisions.  

Having said all that, the Dude wishes OTL would also discussed other schools other than IU.  Because this happens at other programs.  Just a Dude opinion.

I agree Dude....no doubt this is MUCH more common. Way too much money at stakes to have key players out because of injuries.
