  1. Past hour
  2. Well, that's one thing they say that's good about schizophrenics ... they always have someone to talk to.
  3. Currently on the Region Sports board he's on one thread posing as three different people having conversations with himself.
  4. My guess is it won’t really matter, Israel will once again deal with nuclear proliferation in the region.
  5. Today
  6. I actually heard that, upon the announcement that Faith Christian was going to go to 11-man this season, some 20-25 players from the LCC football team became Baptists and will be attending Faith in the fall. Lord, I apologize for that there.
  7. Interested to hear thoughts on this. AC and Lutheran have dominated so I'm looking at schools like North Judson, Carroll, Laville, Pioneer, Sheridan, S Putnam, Providence. Thoughts?
  8. Just checking back in....no one answered my question 😞
  9. IDK - SF feels pretty confident because President Biden said that not a single dollar released by the US to Iran is being used to purchase any of their Military's equipment......I base that confidence on the the fact that President Biden sees Hunter Biden as the "smartest guy he knows".......
  10. Oh well in that case - yes we can carry on and talk about how good the Tigers are 😄
  11. We're talking about how good the 6A team is that got beat by 5A Warsaw. It qualifies :).
  12. Yes, he's the #51 ranked quarterback in the class of 2025. Those four pick 6's came at the hands of two of the best teams in the state. He threw three interceptions the rest of the season. Ironically, two of those pick 6's came from a fellow Iowa recruit. They square off again in Week 5.
  13. You guys also seem to be under the impression that principals give two shits about seeding. Certainly some do, but for the masses, nobody cares. And make no mistake it is the principals who pull the weight, not the AD’s.

  15. It's hard not to have respect for what they are doing there. Kudo's to them for opening this season vs HSE and at Center Grove. It's a good thing they have a Big Ten quarterback leading the way, they'll need him.
  16. Well me, can't speak for you but I believe you are too.
  17. Any bi-law change is going to need the vote of the Ex Com
  18. Appreciate the responses gentlemen - thank you very much. So, next question then- when a seeding proposal is shot down by a 16-0 vote (or whatever it was), it that vote done by the Executive committee?? (Who, according to my reading, is NOT made up of principals - but rather AD's?)
  19. I still think they are an 8-12 team based on performance: They lost to #7 Snider (if they were in 6A) by 3pts. Difference in the game was two pick 6's for Snider They lost to #5 HSE by 14. Difference was two pick 6's by HSE. They beat #11 Warren Central by 4pts. They wasted #20 Homestead ("mid pack") by 21. I think all being said, Warsaw's victory over Carroll was impressive. I would call Carrall "upper level caliber 6A". I'm defining "upper level" as top third.
  20. The IHSAA works for the member schools. The Executive staff of the IHSAA runs the organization on a daily basis. That staff answers to the executive committee which is made up of roughly 20 members from across the state. The ExCom is made up of administrators at local districts who speak on behalf the remainder of the members representing a variety of size, geography, and type of school. They are elected at varying intervals by the member schools. And they in turn decide on hiring and firing of Executive Staff. The IHSAA does not take its cues from any coaching organizations, but they have shown the willingness to have conversations. In order to enact change you need to have a majority of the executive committee and executive staff on board, as they have proven to attempt to work together on concerns.
