  2. By the way, pretty cool to see TOSU using Josh Fryar (Roncalli & Beech Grove) in the backfield to help seal the edge.

  3. Shoulder? I've got no dog in this hunt either but that sure looks like he hit with the crown of his helmet.

  4. Somebody please explain to me how that wasn't targeting on Michigan's last offensive play.

  5. I am watching ESPNNews. They have a drone camera behind the offense. What is impressive is that TCU is moving the ball at will. This view shows just how out of place Michigan is so often; a number of times, there are only 1 or 2 guys who have a chance to make a play, and they are missing tackles too often.

  6. Well, let’s see what the Wolverines can do in the 2nd half. Gotta to get scores when that close to the end zone. Horrible pick 6. Speaking of horrible, how in the world did the Michigan TD pass get reversed following replay? Nothing close to warrant an overturn of the call. Fumble on the next play resulting in a TO. Officials factored big time in taking earned points off the board.

  7. I was curious but didn’t see the last qb to do it. IMO Still somewhat hard to judge Tyler Buchnar because of the small sample size (just 3 games). I love how he never got rattled last night and came back to win the game he almost gave away…… but he has missed throws and had bad turnovers in all 3 games. Whoever they bring in as a transfer qb will at least give them more depth and a little competition never hurt anyone. If they can have a qb depth chart next year of Sam Hartman, TB, Angeli, and Minchey that would be a great start. Just have to wonder if they’ll all be in the ND QB room come August.

  8. Oh yeah! He was rusty for sure. Missed a lot of throws early in the game but came through when he was needed. The Wake Forest QB better be good. It looks like an interesting spring for the Irish.

  9. Thanks for that! I guess that's somewhat of an achievement, at least the rushing and passing TD part.

  12. Agree, a Michigan vs Ohio State championship would be epic. A huge boost for the Big Ten. If I'm a Michigan fan, on one hand I'm not wanting to play Ohio State again. Been there done that. Why have to prove that they are better a second time around? I think I'd rather get another crack at Georgia after what happened last year. On the other hand, if Ohio State somehow upsets Georgia, then Michigan's path to national champions just got easier. I'd be curious to see a poll as to who Michigan fans would rather play. I'm just rooting for an all Big Ten title. Even though we all know Notre Dame would have beaten both teams the way they manhandled South Carolina.

  13. I thought Buchner played like a QB of immense talent … who hasn’t seen game action in 16 weeks, About what I expected.

  14. Not many times when a QB throws two pick sixes does his team win. As they said on the postgame, they had it won, gave it away and then went down and won it. Good start for next season. Buchner threw 3 picks, but played pretty well, in fact he was chosen as the game MVP. Estime just runs over folks, but he can also hit the corner for big yards. Good things to come for the Irish.
