    I think he means when you complain about it every single week no one believes you. 
     

    Hard to believe that referees from Scottsburg, Franklin, Terre Haute or name the city, get off work every Friday and say you know what I’m going to do tonight? Screw high school kids who play for Floyd Central. Tonight maybe they’ve missed some calls no clue as I’m far removed from being in the stands every Friday night. But it’s just not happening every single week or every time FC is in a close game or losing. 
    Nothing personal I used to know lots of BNL folks who thought similar to how you think. It just doesn’t happen.

    I understand that, but he did resign as Head Coach that is certain and although Bedford is a 5A school it’s only so because of massive consolidation, it’s a small town. 
     

    In addition there have been some very strange decisions made by the school board in the past few years (not athletically speaking) if you live in Lawrence County you would for sure know that. 
     

    Finally, I asked that in defense of Coach Weber meaning he is a man of impeccable character and integrity.  He’s put his blood, sweat and tears into building a program in a town (school corporation) in which it’s difficult to do so. The reason is asked the question is that he’s on the cusp of a very good run with what he’s built there and I hate to see that he’s not going to be around to reap the rewards of the hard work put in by him and his staff. 
     

    Just curious as to what happened as it doesn’t make sense and I was hoping to get an answer in a forum that has people that actually know in it instead of locals saying otherwise.

    Bad news out of Bedford 

    BNL has cancelled remainder of football season because of positive COVID test. Stars out of Class 5A sectional. 

    I’ll never understand how any of this has been handled from as far back as February and March but it’s not my decision to make and no one asked for my opinion. 😬

    Heartbroken for the seniors though

    Floyd Central at Bedford NL 

    Jeffersonville at Jennings County

    Madison at New Albany 

    Seymour at Columbus East

    Going with Madison as I’m trying to make up some ground. Btw why is the gentleman who hasn’t picked all the games ranked #3. Those other 11 games should be counted as a L

    Imagine if we had money on the line 😂

    Always enjoy a game at East. Glad I was able to get a ticket. Gaddis is first class and runs a first class program and their fans could be obnoxious not losing a conference game in 14 years but they aren’t. 
     

    BNL needs to hit the weight room but I’m saying they won’t so nothing will change. You’d think a group of you g men would get tired of losing to East somewhere in the HHC but evidently not.

    You have to play mistake free football to beat East because they certainly don’t make mistakes. 
     

    BNL has had some teams that I thought could/would compete with East and take out the turnovers they did at times. 
     

    Gaddis coached teams just don’t make

    mistakes. The streak will eventually end but doesn’t appear like it will any time soon. 
     

    I fully expect FC to be in Regional if not Semi-State round. Kudos to Floyd for playing the likes of Male and Elder. To beat East you are going to have to play up like that AND work relentlessly in the weight room.
