We’ve reached the name calling portion of the thread I see…
Interesting comment from the guy who made the homophobic comment earlier.

Oh, I think PLENTY. I THINK your one-sided presentation of the very article in which you quoted McCarthy shows your true colors and that you have an axe to grind.
Here’s the full article that you went all CNN/MSNBC to cherry pick.
Dang. You’re obviously upset that Harbaugh is leaving and you aren’t thinking clearly. Your team is in the championship game. You shouldn’t be so bitter.

Harbaugh and Carroll are certainly the exceptions.
I can never forgive Carroll for throwing the ball on the 1 yard line and handing the Patriots another Super Bowl.

LOL
"Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy fanned the flames of the program's sign-sealing scandal and its rivalry with Ohio State on Wednesday by suggesting the No. 1 Wolverines were only trying to keep pace with the Buckeyes by engaging in a scheme that was ultimately deemed to violate the Big Ten's Sportsmanship Policy.
As part of an explanation into the messages given to the team by coach Jim Harbaugh, McCarthy alluded to the "unfortunate" sign-stealing scandal, adding that around "80%" of the teams in college football steal signs.
"It's just a thing about football. It's been around for years," McCarthy said during Wednesday's CFP teleconference. "We actually had to adapt because in 2020 or 2019 when Ohio State was stealing our signs, which is legal and they were doing it, we had to get up to the level that they were at, and we had to make it an even playing field." -
Some of you guys are crazy but I'm not in the mood to argue so I won't say who.

Saban had one good year at MSU.
Bottom line is he's as good as his players. Down south he gets better players.

My guess is that those kids are more likely to develop a gluten allergy by the age of 7 and go vegan. Hey, football isn’t for everyone.

Seems to me I read that they have offered Cherry?
And speaking of CG, what's going on with Trayce Jackson-Davis?
They've offered two of the three Cherrys

IU fans are pretty realistic about where our football program is.
But that doesn't mean Michigan doesn't suck. 😁

Do you think Mishawaka is better than Carmel, even after the tough year Carmel just had?
My beef with the decision to drop Carmel, isn't directly about Mishawaka, it actually is more about how the administration allows these decisions to be made over doing what is actually best for the program. Scheduling St. X and Cathedral were awesome pick ups...but we have been uncompetitive for like 5 years now....Carmel being on the schedule would have kept the schedule palatable. Penn is about to play one of the weakest schedules in 6A next year.
I get it. I just have a personal vendetta against the cowards in Carmel.

This is game is the culmination of my frustration. Keeping Mishawaka on the schedule would not be so frustrating if you have Carmel and at least another quality 6A on the schedule....
But we get Mishawaka on top of Adams, Washington and Riley....This is possibly the worst schedule Penn has played since 98.
I would rather play Carmel, Valpo, Mishawaka and a top Fort Wayne team or Indy area school and go 1-3 in those games then be undefeated and get owned at home in game one of the Sectionals...
We have seen schools send their JV to play teams of similar quality and the IHSAA doesn't punish them, Penn can do the same thing. This opens up 3 additional games a year for Penn to add quality opponents.
Get your AD to play Center Grove. We have a couple openings next year.

Penn Drops Carmel in favor of Mishawaka.....
We will be an undefeated paper giant going into sectionals for the foreseeable future.

I hope this guy is legit, but I have my concerns. 62 years old really doesn’t lead to having time to build a program. Not sure why he feels the need to poke the big boys, but I guess it is better than Biden talking about vanilla ice cream…
He’s not going to be long term anyway. If he sucks the will pay him to go away. If he wins a bigger program will hire him away. I just hope he leaves the program in a better place.
The bar is pretty low.
