    In the NIC - WEEK # 6

Friday, Sep. 21 predicted winners... Excited to see what the Lions have against a very solid team before I get my hopes up for 2A Tournament. Central and Mishawaka should be a great one! Concord Central Washington Bremen New Prairie Riley Penn

    NIC WEEK # 4

I will say that Bremen is clicking pretty well this early in the season. Definitely have several different options to defend. Three offensive backs that are big and powerful and a back up running back that's not as big physically but will stick his nose in there. QB has been solid and has 4 different receivers that can make plays. Offensive line is stout and quick. Defense is quick to the ball. Special teams have found a solid PAT kicker and our Kick return guys are fast and returned one last week. I think I saw in an article the other day that 14 players got their hands on the ball last week. Fun to watch a true TEAM effort. As long as they stay FOCUSED and minimize injuries, could make a deep run in 2A. I think they win this week against Triton and next against Clay but then the real test WILL be the Marian and Jimtown games that follow the rest of the month. Best of luck to all teams tonight. Play hard, stay healthy!

Bremen looked very good in 42-12 win over Riley. Cut down on penalties and showing several different weapons. Keep healthy and could be a very fun year.

    NIC Week 1

Bremen showed really good balance last night at their win over tippy valley. Way too many penalties but this team could surprise 2A at the end of the year. Caldwell was outstanding job at quarterback throwing four touchdown passes.
