So, the former Senator, former Vice President, Democrat candidate for President with almost 50 years in Washington DC visits Kenosha, WI, meets with the family of a suspected rapist with an extensive record of trouble with law enforcement, talked institutional racism with members of BLM.   His running mate told the same suspected rapist "She was proud of him and how he is working through his pain" (after he got shot seven times in the butt and is now paralyzed)

(I wonder how the gal he allegedly raped and stole from feels about it)

The President visits Kenosha, WI, meets with various members of the business community, police, government, discusses the turmoil enveloping the nation and ways to end it.

Most voters don’t see Trump and Biden as mentally fit to be president, new poll shows: https://www.cnbc.com/2020/09/10/2020-election-news-voters-see-trump-biden-as-mentally-unfit-to-be-president.html

Most voters in six 2020 swing states do not consider either President Donald Trump or Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden mentally fit to be president, according to a new CNBC/Change Research poll.

The findings in the pivotal states of Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin were released Thursday amid a sustained push by the Trump campaign to portray Biden as incapable of handling the demands of office. Most respondents in those states, which will play a huge role in determining the presidential election winner, do not have confidence in Trump’s ability to take on the job, either.

A 51% majority said Trump is mentally unfit to be president, while 49% answered that he is fit to hold the job. A similar share, by a 52% to 48% margin, responded that Biden is mentally unfit to be president.

Voters had more confidence in the presidential hopefuls’ physical fitness to hold the White House. A 52% majority said the 74-year-old Trump is physically fit to be president, and 54% said the same about Biden, who is 77.

....

Yet the vast majority of voters in those states will feel compelled to vote for one or the other.  Asinine.

Left-wing dark money groups to ‘carpet-bomb’ 2020 election, report warns: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/left-wing-dark-money-groups-2020-report

Quote

A network of left-wing groups with budgets eclipsing those of conservative powerhouses like the Heritage Foundation will likely “carpet bomb” the 2020 election with anonymous dark money, a new report obtained by Fox News warns.

"If 2018 is any indicator, we should expect to see the Left carpet-bomb the 2020 presidential election with buckets of anonymous cash, while complaining about the evils of ‘dark money’ the entire time,” the report from conservative watchdog Capital Research Center says.

The CRC first reported last year on what it described as a shadowy network of liberal nonprofits under the banner of Washington-based Arabella Advisors -- afloat on more than a half-billion dollars and run by former Clinton administration appointee Eric Kessler.

CRC's latest report, released Friday, found that between 2006 and 2018, the Arabella network reported revenues of $2.4 billion and nearly $1.9 billion in expenditures. In 2018 alone, the network brought in $635 million in revenue, after having brought in $582 million a year earlier.

The report notes that the revenues alone eclipse those of conservative groups, such as the Heritage Foundation ($82 million in revenue in 2018) and Americans for Prosperity ($58 million.)

“In contrast, the Arabella network brought in almost eight times more than Heritage and 11 times more than Americans for Prosperity," the report says.

The CRC report describes how Arabella Advisors “created and actively manages four nonprofits” -- New Venture Fund, Sixteen Thirty Fund, Hopewell Fund and Windward Fund.

“Each plays a slightly different role in the network, but all share the same basic functions—sponsoring pop-up groups (also called “projects”) and paying out grants to other left-wing nonprofits,” the report says. Those pop-up groups are often activist websites that can “pop up” one day and disappear the next, allegedly to give the appearance of grassroots campaigning for a political cause.

Libertarian Party Reminds Americans They Can Actually Choose Lesser Of Three Evils: https://babylonbee.com/news/libertarians-remind-americans-they-can-actually-choose-lesser-of-three-evils

Quote

As election day in America draws nearer, the Libertarian Party is reminding Americans that they don't have to choose the lesser of two evils in a corrupt two-party system. This year, thanks to Libertarian candidate Dr. Jo Jorgensen, they can now choose the least of three evils!

"This is a game-changer for this country," said Dr. Jorgensen as she received a rabies shot due to her recent bat bite. "Americans have too long been forced into an impossible choice between two parties who are not serving or representing the people. We are proud to be adding a third choice to that mix, allowing citizens to pick between three flavors of evil rather than just two!"

Voters have expressed interest in Dr. Jorgensen's position that private citizens should be allowed to own an M1 Abrams tank, but some are balking at her pro-abortion stance, which many see as a deal-breaker. Others are worried they'll never hear the end of it from Biden and Trump supporters if they "throw away their vote" on a third-party candidate. Jorgensen is working hard to convince skeptical voters that when it comes to evil, she definitely comes in a distant third behind Biden and Trump.

"Vote for the less-est evil you can!" Dr. Jorgensen said in a recent speech. "Vote Libertarian!" But then, Libertarians got into a shouting match with each other over whether it should be "lesser" or "least" and decided they would all just not vote and not change anything again this year.

Many conservatives have reportedly taken the Libertarian Party's message to heart, choosing to vote for the least of three evils: Trump.

Kamala Harris talks about the 'Harris administration': https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/kamala-harris-talks-about-the-harris-administration/ar-BB192Xjm?li=BBnbcA1

Quote

Kamala Harris has spoken of the 'Harris administration' during a virtual roundtable before quickly clarifying Joe Biden will be president.

Discussing the Democrat's plans for the economy the candidate for vice president said Saturday: 'A Harris administration, together with Joe Biden as the president of the United States.'

She quickly clarified: 'The Biden-Harris administration will provide access to $100 billion in low-interest loans and investments from minority business owners.'

Donald Trump has previously called Biden 'a Trojan horse for socialism'. Vice President Mike Pence has said: 'Joe Biden would be nothing more than a Trojan horse for the radical left.'  Harris' slip up caused some online to suggest she had accidentally revealed the Democrat's plans for her to be in charge.

Twitter user @gertymars wrote: 'WOW!! What we all knew and she confirmed it.'

Daily Caller's Greg Price said: 'Uh oh, Kamala. You weren't supposed to say that part out loud!!'

Did anyone else see this "faux pa" (or was it really a "faux pa")......Both of them on separate occasions......Same message.....

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-flips-the-ticket-refers-to-harris-biden-administration-in-campaign-speech

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden really appears to be on the same page as his running mate Kamala Harris, mistakenly referring to plans in a "Harris-Biden administration" just one day after the California senator similarly suggested that she was on the top of the Democratic ticket.

While speaking at a campaign event in Tampa, Fla. on Tuesday, the former vice president attempted to make an appeal to veterans and offered a glimpse of what they should expect with him in the White House.

However, his remarks sounded like he would only be second in command.

"It makes it so much harder for military spouses to find good jobs and build their careers. That has to change," Biden said. "A Harris-Biden administration is going to relaunch that effort and keep pushing further to make it easier for military spouses and veterans to find meaningful careers to ensure teachers know how to support military children in their classrooms and to improve support for caregivers and survivors so much more than we do now."

Biden's gaffe resembled remarks Harris made during a virtual roundtable on Monday with a group of Arizona small business owners.

"A Harris administration, together with Joe Biden as the president of the United States," she said. She quickly clarified, "The Biden-Harris administration will provide access to $100 billion in low-interest loans and investments from minority business owners."

During his remarks on Tuesday, Biden also raised eyebrows when he mistakenly confused Iran and Iraq when referring to fallen American soldiers.

"U.S. troops died in Iran and Afghanistan," Biden said.

President Trump and his supporters have repeatedly attacked Joe Biden as being a "Trojan Horse for the radical left" while other critics have predicted that the former vice president is serving as a "placeholder" until Harris is sworn in as president.

Give us a 3rd viable option.

I'd consider voting for that 3rd option if the person was pro choice, expanding healthcare, legalizing pot, keeping gay marriage, expanding background checks for guns, banning bump stocks, climate change and expanding healthcare.

Model that predicted 5 of past 6 presidential elections has Trump in 2020 by 'landslide': https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/model-predicted-5-last-6-presidential-elections-says-trump-will-win-2020

Quote

A professor of political science whose controversial election model has correctly called five of the last six U.S. presidential elections says President Trump will win reelection in 2020 in a "landslide."

Helmut Norpoth, who teaches at Stony Brook University, is giving Trump "a 90-percent chance of being re-elected in a landslide," the Long Island, N.Y., school said in a recent press release.

Norpoth's "Primary Model" has correctly predicted nearly every presidential election since 1996, missing only George Bush's 2000 victory over Al Gore. (When the model is "applied to previous elections," Stonybrook said, it "correctly predicts an impressive 25 of the last 27.")

The model utilizes data from presidential primaries to help predict who will win.

"I focus on early primaries and the way the candidates perform in those early contests," Norpoth said in the press release. "It's a very good predictor, and a leading indicator of what's going to happen in November."

The professor said he was unsurprised at the model's prediction this year, citing Trump's performance in the primaries earlier in the winter.

"When I looked at New Hampshire and I saw that Donald Trump got 85 percent of the votes ... I was pretty sure what the model was going to predict," he said in the release.

Joe Biden, on the other hand, pulled down only 8.4% in New Hampshire, Norpoth said, a number that is "unbelievable for a candidate with any aspirations of being president," he stated.

Biden Promises to Control the Weather: https://spectator.org/biden-calls-trump-climate-arsonist-weather/

Quote

Even as demagogic campaign rhetoric goes, Joe Biden’s speech earlier this week about Trump as a “climate arsonist” was exceptionally absurd. He blamed Trump in effect for not controlling the weather, implying that a Biden presidency would eliminate extreme weather events. Barack Obama famously said that he could stop the rise of the oceans. Biden is making similarly grand claims. Apparently we won’t suffer wildfires anymore once he becomes president.

“If we have four more years of Trump’s climate denial, how many suburbs will be burned in wildfires, how many suburban neighborhoods will be flooded out, how many suburbs will be blown away in superstorms?” said Biden. “If you give a climate arsonist four more years in the White House, why would anyone be surprised if we have more of America ablaze? If you give a climate denier four more years in the White House, why would anybody be surprised when more of America is under water?”

In his desperate pandering to the far Left, Biden’s apocalyptic rhetoric grows more and more ludicrous. Should Biden win the presidency, he will possess no power to control the weather, but he will wield powers with which to cripple the economy. What would throw America into crisis is not the environment but Biden’s environmentalism.

He is proposing trillions of dollars in new spending for his “Green New Deal,” a program based upon the most extreme form of climate change alarmism that will even exceed the job-crippling policies of the Obama administration. Biden will knock down one of the pillars of the economy, the energy sector, eliminating countless jobs for coal miners and others. To Biden, that is no big deal. He has cavalierly told coal miners, “Anybody who can go down 3,000 feet in a mine can sure as hell learn to program as well…. Anybody who can throw coal into a furnace can learn how to program, for God’s sake.”

But the retraining of coal workers is not so easy. Even assuming they find jobs, those new jobs pay much less than their previous work. According to the Hill, “the jobs that former coal workers usually find tend to pay only $12 to $15 dollars per hour as opposed to the approximate $75,000 a year salary that coal workers had while working the mines.”

Biden’s America is a fantasyland in which clean energy jobs are plentiful and everyone drives electric cars. He is upset that only one million electric cars are on the road. He is going to change that by pressuring governors into supporting the “deployment of more than 500,000 new public charging outlets by the end of 2030.” In the meantime, Biden would like to see Americans riding trains more often. Toward that end, his campaign promises, “He will make progress toward the completion of the California High Speed Rail project. He will expand the Northeast Corridor to the fast-growing South. Across the Midwest and the Great West, he will begin the construction of an end-to-end high speed rail system that will connect the coasts, unlocking new, affordable access for every American.”

How will Biden pay for this? By raising taxes. He is sure Americans would prefer a “Clean Energy Revolution” to tax cuts. “The Biden plan will make a historic investment in our clean energy future and environmental justice, paid for by rolling back the Trump tax incentives that enrich corporations at the expense of American jobs and the environment,” he says. “The Biden plan will be paid for by reversing the excesses of the Trump tax cuts for corporations, reducing incentives for tax havens, evasion, and outsourcing, ensuring corporations pay their fair share, closing other loopholes in our tax code that reward wealth not work, and ending subsidies for fossil fuels.”

Into Biden’s White House will come the most wild-eyed, anti-business environmentalists imaginable. Should their plans succeed, energy costs will soar, in addition to many other problems. And for what? Biden’s Green New Deal will have no real impact on the Earth’s temperature. It is nothing more than a symbolic sacrifice of the economy on the altar of delusional environmentalism.

In recent days California has been in the news for wildfires and blackouts. Biden addressed the former and ignored the latter. But should he win, we can expect both.

Isn't that a politicians job, to promise what he can't deliver?
