Foobird
Brebeuf Jesuit (0-0) at Indianapolis Chatard (0-0) - Don't know much about either team yet this year, but Brebuef has not typically won this matchup. Guerin Catholic (0-0) at McCutcheon (0-0) - Hard to predict Guerin this year... lost some big talent from last year in the running game and defensive side of the ball. Also depth/injuries will always be an issue for this team. Watch out for the QB/WR duo of Gelov/McGuiness this year which could be special. Southport (0-0) at Indianapolis Roncalli (0-0) - Often a tough game for the Rebels. Covenant Christian (0-0) at Indianapolis Howe (0-0) - CC wins against an IPS school not named Arsenal Tech. Heritage Christian (0-0) at Indianapolis Manual (0-0) - HC wins against an IPS school not named Arsenal Tech.

I have been seeing more of them in recent years. Is this an important tool for coaches? Guerin definitely does. Not sure about other schools. I think it does really help to have an "all 22" view for film review after each game.
Foobird
In addition to the Indiana SRN audio broadcast, it looks like the Guerin Student Broadcast club is streaming video of the game. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCM4IOKECJbSNsEZBYir41gQ/live

Foobird
Results from week 1: Guerin 24, McCutcheon 14 Bishop Chatard 49, Brebeuf Jesuit 14 Southport 35, Roncalli 10 CCC affiliated schools: Heritage Christian 56, Indianapolis Manual 0 Covenant Christian 21, Indianapolis Howe 8 Thoughts: I didn't see any of the Chartard/"Prep" game, but just based upon the score it looks like the Trojans are in normal form. Hard to tell whether Roncalli or Chatard have the edge for CCC this year. Guerin looked impressive in their opener. Running back Gus Baumgartner was excellent and capitalized on opportunities behind an all Senior offensive line. Quarterback Christian Gelov maximized his opportunities and completed 10 of 14 passes with 2 touchdowns. Defensive line is a little concerning at this point, but outside linebacker looks strong... Sutton & Demas had great games. I don't expect Guerin to beat Chatard or Roncalli this year, but should do well against Brebeuf.
Trojan88
Not sure about Guerin, but they are well coached, so I would expect them to have a good season- have some good key players as well. Good start in week 1. Roncalli I would expect to be much improved this year as their QB enters his second season after starting as a freshman last year. They are always tough and play hard. Brebeuf always trends higher as the season progresses and they seem to play their best football come playoffs. Not too much to read into week 1. Chatard had a good week 1, but its a tough conference and they are in an even tougher sectional - health will be key, as it is for everyone. I got nothing on the others... Looking forward to week 2! MuleDriver
Looking at chatard's football stadium on google maps. Do they not have visitors stands?

The pictured bleachers are actually intended to be the “Away” bleachers once the permanent bleachers are constructed. The last 2 years the “Home” bleachers have been rentals and are only there during football. The rest of the year the “Away” bleachers are shared. Permanent “Home” bleachers are scheduled to go in next year as I understand.
MuleDriver
@Lysander Great so if i decide to make the trip week 9 there will be home and away bleachers. Not that i wouldn't enjoy sitting with chatard fans but it would seem odd sharing bleachers . I think there are a few instances in the state where that is the reality but i cannot remember which schools only have one side stands.. Last years contest between bhss and chs was not a good one for south. Hopefully it will be a better game this year.
