Warren Central @ Lawrence Central

Recommended Posts

Week 4 is here. This time, the Warren Central Warriors hit the road to play the host Lawrence Central Bears. The Bears are coming off their first win of the season against the Lawrence North Wildcats. The Warriors won a very emotional Homecoming game 28-7 over the North Central Panthers. Who wins this game? My prediction is, the Warriors win a close one against LC. Final score, 35-31. Let's sound off.

Go Warriors!!! 2018 6A State Champions

I’m tempted to go the other way.  A win like last week for LC can really turn a season around.

Let me think about it.

I recall a lot of similar sentiment last year when LC beat LN. That was supposed to turn their season around then as well.

This could be a crazy thought but perhaps LN isn't as good as what we all thought after beating a bad team and a 4A team? Just a thought. Even then, LN had their chances vs LC.

It very well could turn their season around, don't get me wrong. But Warren is a better defense than LN is and Warren is probably looking forward to facing a defense that's giving up 27 points a game.

I think Warren wins 24-13

LC may be the toughest team in the MIC to figure out.  I feel like they have the talent to beat anyone or get blown out by anyone...
