Irishman Posted March 9 Posted March 9 I was sure I started this one already...guess not. Not a fan of this move. The o line was an issue most of the season; more so due to injuries and lack of depth. But jenkins was one worth keeping. He can and has played multiple spots. Quote
Coach Nowlin Posted March 9 Posted March 9 doesn't mean that Packers are not trying to kick the tires for him... but for a average WR and a 5-7th round pick.... cmon Quote
Irishman Posted March 9 Author Posted March 9 I really despise that so much crap is being posted on these moves. I have been duped a few times. At least with a site like The Onion, you know what to expect. 1 Quote
Irishman Posted March 10 Author Posted March 10 Surprised by this move. I have long felt the system has misused the LB group. Quote
Irishman Posted March 10 Author Posted March 10 A lot of guys moving on from the defense. I am ok with this one if he was not interested in just being an edge rusher. He is definitely not an ILB. Even when he was outside, he got lost in coverage. Quote
Irishman Posted March 10 Author Posted March 10 This needed to happen. His production has not been good the last couple of seasons. Quote

Irishman Posted March 30 Author Posted March 30 This response from him is exactly why I did not want to see the team renegotiate with him. It's always someone else's fault. You can tell us you are talking to players, but that does not translate to what the NFLPA report says. Talking about player roles, let's look at Matthew Golden. You take a WR in the 1st round, you expect things from him and for him. 44 targets for the season. That is play calling/scheme. Not sure if Golden is a guy he is referring to, but he is a guy who has a right to be upset with his role. It is just another example of the fact that he refuses to adapt. He thinks he is right and everyone around him has to adjust. Just like his game plan week by week, he does not adjust to what teams do against him. There is a reason you see so many leads disappear. Coach Nowlin Posted March 31 Posted March 31 double down: Saw where LeFleur was talking about starting over with the offense Quote
Irishman Posted 10 hours ago Author Posted 10 hours ago My only take on this is that a WR Room can be too crowded? When you have the run game Green Bay for most of the year, the focus has been to get targets to a lot of WRs. Doing so can have a huge impact on game planning....and it has been evident for a long time. RBs are forgotten too often, but TEs are as well. That impacts what could have been an effective screen game. Quote
