Prairie Heights isn’t ~contracting~ their football team, unless you have found some insider source that i have looked for for the last ten minutes after reading your comment. Please share what you know with your contraction omniscience about Prairie Heights contracting. And if you don’t know and are just guessing because they don’t win very often please drop the stupid contraction comments because they are sooo dumb and honestly tiring. Guess I should read more often!! Didnt have greatest of seasons lately but a 3A school can't hurt to play for 1A.

They have had some severe numbers problems and were in danger of cancelling some games at one point. This creates problems for opposing schools when it comes to scheduling. Not surprised to see them dropped by Garrett. Edited December 5, 2019 by DT

No - Prairie Heights' coaching staff has done a great job providing the program with stability, a rise in numbers, and steady improvement. @BLKnights7 they've been 5-5 a couple times in the last 15 or so years. In parts of the 70's and 80's they were very good. They will continue to improve, in my opinion.

NLCTigerFan07
The entire NLC will welcome a new opponent to their schedules with Mishawaka joining the conference in 2020. I am not sure if they will just be slotted into Elkhart Memorial's position in the schedule, or if the entire conference schedule will be shifted. HSFBFan64
I'm hearing scuttlebutt about Warsaw replacing the 2020 week one opponent, Huntington North, with an opponent whose toughness will help bolster the program long term. What's brewing out there? Has anyone heard the same? I'm very excited about the Mishawaka Cavemen coming to the NLC. They will be a particular boost to the quality of football, wrestling, baseball and cross country (to name a few).
