Yes Rutgers RU made the most impactful coaching move in all of college football y bringing back Greg Schiano. He is making an early impact and will elevate the program long term. Indiana and Maryland are low hanging fruit. MSU not far away either. https://saturdaytradition.com/big-ten-football/a-quick-look-at-the-2021-b1g-recruiting-rankings/

The track record is abysmal for P5 Black Head Coaches. Th have been largely unsuccessful. What has Tucker shown previously that gives an indication that he will buck the trend? Herm seems to be doing ok at ASU, David Shaw at Stanford...can’t think of any more examples off the top of my head.

And although not D-I, there was a guy named Eddie Robinson at Grambling State University in Louisiana that was pretty good. This talk against black head coaches is sickening.

Mike Tomlin? 57 minutes ago, psaboy said: Charlie Strong, not much success lately, but had a few good years at the Louisville. Lovie Smith at Illinois is going just fine.
