Perhaps its says more about the systems they are in at both levels than anything. Perhaps speed of the game and how mechanics mean everything at the pro level. Interesting topic. It would stand to reason that the pro game is harder, and lends itself to certain skills that are not necessarily emphasized to the same extent in college football.
