People often forget that Tecumseh is in Warrick county. So Castle, Boonville, and Tecumseh would be pushing over $1.5 million, and probably closer to $2 million if you base it off of Jasper's cost. Jasper's cost included resurfacing the track though too.. You need to probably estimate about 800k-900k per school. Castle has made a push on multiple occasions with multiple parent groups who had at least 50% lined up from the private sector. Not sure if Boonville or Tecumseh have done the same. Go get a Bond....raise property taxes $2.00 a year on the average home. If assessed values go up over the next few years it eats itself.
