is a JOKE......

Ok. I don't get it, but I deleted my down vote for it. Have a good weekend.

For entertainment purposes only. Shouldn't be an issue for you when you can add 1,000 at a time.

I can't add 1k at a time, but I understand your point.   I guess systematic down voting activity provides "entertainment"  much like using GID sockpuppets to upvote your main account can be "entertaining" as well.

ALL voting, up or down, is for entertainment purposes only. According to the real Admins.

You'll need to explain this one, because I have no idea what it means.

Do you get all your news from Facebook memes? Why exactly are you attempting to politicize this, when it is clearly not political.

Political contributions from some of those indicted:

The contributions were made to both Democratic and Republican candidates and committees.

The contributions included:

  • At least $135,525 to the Democratic National Committee

  • At least $131,800 to committees benefiting or controlled by then-presidential candidate and current U.S. Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah)

  • At least $73,600 to the Republican National Committee

  • At least  $30,000 to committees benefiting Gavin Newsom

  • At least $25,000 to the Kamala Harris Senate Committee and the committee for her California attorney general candidacy

  • At least  $16,900 to committees benefiting or controlled by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.)

  • $8,350 to the National Republican Campaign Committee

  • $8,350 to the National Republican Senatorial Committee

But she did misrepresent herself....and one would think the motive was for gain.  In doing so, seems a tad hypocritical to openly state her disdain for the accused.  This comes after she apologized for calling herself Native American.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/elizabeth-warren-apologizes-for-calling-herself-native-american/2019/02/05/1627df76-2962-11e9-984d-9b8fba003e81_story.html?utm_term=.1082f944333f

I think SF is talking a tad bit broader than political contributions.

And who does this on the GID?

No proof, but I have my suspicions.

Have you voiced those suspicions to your fellow Moderators?

Hey BarryO!  Why the disdain vote for Muda?  You don't think that is a legitimate question for her transgression?

No. I don't have a sock puppet account on the GID.

Not necessarily. If the sockpuppet was created for the purpose of upvoting, it should be fairly easy to figure out.

This was definitely a "bi-partisan effort." 😀

Unfortunately as only a moderator I do not have access to administrative tools that may make such research easier.  Better would be direct access to the forum database backend, but that is out of the question.

Yes, an informed one vs. an uninformed one.
