Irishman
This is great...seeing the guy on TV during the game was great
DE
Does Matt LaFleur get enough credit as the head coach of the Packers? Boy is he good. His “management” and leadership skills are 2nd to none.
Irishman
Tough road win....special teams continue to be an issue. A win is a win at this point. It is fun watching all the bouncing around in the AFC playoff picture.
Irishman
Toughest game to date is now up for the Packers. The Niners come in playing well. They did look sloppy lat in the game against the Boys and having key players injured may hurt them, especially if Bosa does not clear concussion protocol. He is a difference maker. Green Bay is healthy at the right time. Alexander and Zadarius Smith are back on defense. Should be a great game. Hard to beat playoff football at Lambeau, and yep, this dude is goin. Goose Liver
I agree, this is going to be a good game. As a Chicago fan I do not support GB. Each to his own and all that stuff.

Muda69
So much for Lambeau Field's cold weather mystique. Gould for MVP. What's next for Mr. Rodgers? Just more State Farm commercials and Jeopardy! guest host gigs?
Irishman
Disappointing effort all around. The Niners won it by adjusting to what Green Bay did and the Packers did not adjust at all
Bobref
No one knows what the enigmatic Mr. Rodgers is going to do now. All I can say is it’s a lot easier for him to leave after they got knocked out in their first playoff game than it would be if they had won the Super Bowl. Irishman
Not looking forward to the off season drama again. This season and a lot of what he has said made it sound like some sort of farewell tour. He said post game that he was not going to be a part of any rebuild, so that really limits his options. I have said this many times, if he does leave, he has to develop the relationships with the new coach, new oc, new receiving corps, along with learning a new playbook. Is he REALLY interested in all that at his age? Seems like, based on his comment, the outside of staying put or retiring, one of the very few options is if Brady wins another and retires, he could go to Tampa. Or he could go home to the Niners

Had over a month and ST unit still didn’t improve and literally cost the game

Irishman
What this really says is that special teams have NOT been a priority. Outside of the obvious mistakes on the blocks, not having 11 guys on the field is something that should NEVER happen. But if special teams are not a priority for the coach, then mistakes happen as we saw in this game. https://twitter.com/mattschneidman/status/1485735499553816580?s=
