Rule 2-24

ART. 4 . . . A scrimmage kick is any kick from in or behind the neutral zone during a scrimmage down. Either a place kick, punt, or drop kick may be used. For a place kick, the ball must be controlled on the ground or on a legal kicking tee by a teammate.

Perfectly legal.  I'll see your blocked punt and raise you two blocked punts, in the same play, by two different punters, with the same blocker ... and a score for the blocking team.  Saw this one in real life with LCC and RCHS almost a decade ago ... to the detriment of LCC.

Looking back, it definitely was, but at the time I didn't quite "appreciate" the feat as much sitting in the LCC stands. 😀
