Crew Information Cards

bbsf

Question

Any crews out there use an information card that includes pictures of each crew member? We are wanting to do that this year and looking for inspiration on design and information included. If your crew does utilize one, do you think they are effective and who do you give them to when you arrive at a school? Thanks in advance for any insight you might have!

We ALWAYS give the observer....in addition to coaches and media our crew information card.  I do NOT however have our "picture" on it...  Nor do I provide our future open dates....  Some crews also do this.

We also give each coach the HUDL information on a separate card to send us the video of the contest.

These cards are LAMINATED!  There seems to be a lot of "sweat" that happens which needs to be aware of with coaches.    😂

I've heard opinions both ways on lamination from coaches. Some like to make notes on the card during or after the game but lamination prevents them from doing that. The sweat/rain thing is valid the other way. Do what makes sense for your crew and realize some will like it and some won't. It won't have an impact on your rating. Any kind of card is very helpful and shows you made some attempt at preparation as well.
