Right

I'll let him defend his own fight from here on out, but Whiteshoes has been a terrific poster for years and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this board from high school football played outside Indiana.

If you don't like it, don't read it. Best advice I can give to a guy who hasn't even been here for a cup of tea.

Saw both East St. Louis (IL) and St. Louis (MO) Christian Brothers play in Canton, Ohio last weekend as part of the Freedom Bowl.    East St. Louis took Baltimore St. Francis Academy to the wire, losing on a last-minute score.    They had a chance to win with the game; tied at the three-minute mark and possession at the St. Francis 30-yard line.  However, they turned the ball over on downs and St. Francis beat them in the final minute.   This is a St. Francis team that many folks rank as the best team in the country.   Christian Brothers dominated a decent Milton (GA) team.    Any time you dominate a high-ranking Georgia team, you have my respect.     I do not have DeSmet Jesuit ranked nationally, but in the state's top 10.    They lost their opener to a real good Springfield (OH) team by a touchdown and today they get to host IMG Academy.    Could be 0-2 before starting to play Missouri teams.    BTW, East St. Louis plays Christian Brothers this weekend and DeSmet Jesuit plays both of them this season.   So, we should be able to weed them out after all the dust settles.

Looking forward to seeing the outcome of this game.  Moeller seems to be on another level after dismantling Trinity (who beat both Center Grove and Carmel).

Trojans have some playmakers - will be a good test to see where we stack up!

The mighty Eagles beat 3 time Colorado defending champ Cherry Creek, 13-9, to go to 3-0. And we may have to re-think opinions of both Moeller and East Central, who absolutely took Moeller to the woodshed.

Check that. MaxPreps has East Central winning 43-14, while Harrell’s site reports Moeller winning by the same score. Which is it?

Moeller.  Turnovers killed the Trojans.

#24 for Moeller will hands down be the best player EC faces all year.  Kid is the real deal - excited to follow where he ends up at the next level!
