2nd game of the season the tailback/back up QB muffed the pitch back. Tailback pursues the ball backwards. As the tailback is leaning over the cover up the ball, defender pushes him in the back, slamming him to the turf, resulting in a season ending shoulder injury. I understand this is not a violation, should it be in high school?
