If we were able to review every targeting call like the NCAA, we might make it that way. To throw a player out where we call "targeting" in high school with an ejection being automatic, would have a lot of players missing time the next week. If it's egregious, I completely agree, eject the player. But targeting can be called without it being egregious and that would piss a lot of people off. That doesn’t deny the fact that Mater Dei is the better team, but he wouldn’t be going down on first contact with no leg drive, other than an illegal hit, he played tentatively most of game.
