Coachshelton Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 The 26th Annual Southern Indiana Bench Press and Squat Championships will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at South Spencer High School. Weigh-ins begin at 7:30 AM and last until 9:00 AM. The competition starts at 10:00 AM. Contestants will have approximately thirty minutes to warm-up before the competition. There will be two boy divisions (freshman/sophomore and junior/senior) with 10 weight classes. We will also a include a girl’s division. Girls will compete based on grade level. There will be no weight classes for the girls. All times are central time. It would be helpful to know the number of contestants from each school with each student’s T-shirt size. If you could provide me with your team’s information, it would be greatly appreciated in preparing for the competition.
