With a conference championship added in for a number of teams, that could be 18 games. 12 is too many in my mind. No way anyone outside the top 10 has a prayer of being a champion. I agree. 12 games in 13 weeks, culminating with a conference championship for some. I think it would be a 5 week playoff, but the point still holds that USC in that bracket could play 18 games in 19 weeks. Oh.
