Over the past 3 years EM has played 17 postseason games.
3 at LOS6 away
8 home
Only lost on the road in last 4 years was at Spin City during the postseason

I totally agree!
I don't want to take anything away from EM, but if they play Mooresville at Mooresville do they win that game? If EC beats Mooresville EM heads to EC for the Regional, do they beat EC on the road at EC?
I think Home field advantage and the distance a team travels is a HUGE factor in who gets to LOS. EM has had the best draw a team could ask for this year and last year getting both the Regional and SS at home and not traveling over 30 minutes for an away game. In 2017 was the only time EM had to travel over an hour (not including the State Championships) in the playoffs to play Danville in the SS.
A lot of what ifs the ball bounced our way and we were the best team in 4A. I do agree Enlow is the best atmosphere in high school football! Big advantage

Charlie is obviously going to get it but man Brock Combs lead his team to a 4A state championship. Coaching staff wanted him healthy it's why they didn't use him at RB until postseason. I think if he only played RB for 14 could of been 2,000 yard rusher or close to it. He was the best defensive player we watched play all weekend IMO dude just plays hard!!!!

Entire SIAC will be shaken up... Everyone will play jasper and VL since they joined the SIAC. 9 conferences games is going be a grind! Entire schedule is going be different besides rivalry week will still be MD vs reitz ... castle vs Memorial , central vs north in the last week.

Colton Pence Evansville Memorial QB. The tigers are going ask a lot of him passing and running in 2020. Should put up some big numbers!

Was just thinking the same thing. Congratulations Memorial on another great season! Very impressive considering the talent that graduated last year.
The Combs boys have been a pleasure to watch over the past few years (with the exception of one game...). I love the way they play the game. Are there any more Combs coming through the pipeline?
Yes Brady in 6th and he has a mind like Brock and built like Brock!

Memorial is going be in rebuild mode next year going ask a lot of talented young sophomores to step up! But with what we have coming up we will see Lucas oil again very soon....... #FTF

IMO I think Mooresville was by far best team we played in the postseason . Still shocked ! State champs!

Nah....I think it had more to do with a long day for very little time to practice. Nothing to do with playing there as 8th graders. Doesn’t make sense to spend 7 hours on a bus to practice. I think if EM was located closer to Indy the Tigers would practice at LOS.
Exactly what I was thinking. Just stupid in my opinion. Turf is turf . For 7 hours

East noble treating this like a Disney world trip? Act like you've been there before ....... no need for a practice at Lucas.....

In terms of "Memorial has played far tougher competition'.....that's simply not true. Sagarin puts East Noble's SOS 68th in the state Memorial is at 84. EN has played 6 top 64 teams; Memorial played 3.
EN's playoff run saw them beat DeKalb, which lost three games -- two of them to EN; Leo, which lost two games -- both to EN; Mississinewa, which only lost 2 games -- one to EN and one to 2A state finalist Eastbrook; and Hobart, who lost 3 games -- two to 6A schools and one to EN. That's a playoff path against teams that finished 40-4 in their games not involving EN.
Parker gets rid of the ball so quick that it's hard to get pressure on him. I do think that if you can force them have to run the ball you can be somewhat successful......I just don't know how you do that. What is underrated is how good their defense is. They have had games where teams have put up 20+ on them, but part of that is the product of their offensive system and how many plays are going to get run. Hobart is a ball control offense and had a 17-0 lead and at the end of the day EN ran 77 plays on offense.
EN 35, EM 21
I agree EN plays a WAY tougher schedule than EM. I don't think EM can contain Bailey our D line is not very quick.

For all the tigers fan out there anybody know what Sam De Jam is going rhyme East Noble with? It's been bothering me all week #FTF

Will East noble use the practice at Lucas oil stadium?

Yes. #57, Leyth Al-Mohammedawi, can flat out ball! He makes tackles for loss with 2-3 guys on him regularly. You leave him one on one. He burns you. Two on one, he and the linebackers burn you. Three on one, the linebackers kill you. There's a reason why the two linebackers lead the state in tackles. #57. The rest of the D line in no slouch either. They don't miss tackles
This will be a replay of last week if the EN defense shows up. Plain and simple.
Yep EN will get a taste of EM D like Fortville did if we show up. Plain and simple.

EN's lineman don't play both ways. That's a huge advantage in forth quarters! Heck, their best lineman only plays defense
Is he #57? Kid has a monitor from what I've seen.
